DHA must have someother plans for this
location. B block is underdog and people will see in coming days. Dont hear to these dealers who will make you afraid that this is not DHA owned area. I am lawyer and i know DHA cannot include any disputed or any area not in its poicession as part of its map.

Phase 9 will Grow rapidly rather then phase 7 and phase 8, because of ring road, ferozpur road, area already populated around phase 9, this is extra advantage for phase 9,
1. Kalma chock 15 minut drive through feroz pur road
2.y block phase 3 15 miunt drive through phase 5 interchnge
3. Air port 15 minuts through ring road,
wht elase u want from phase 9
Most precious thing in upcoming years is fuel and time, you will save time and fuel to arrive any where in lahore
Mark my word phase 9 will grow rapidly IA, Rest Allah Know better

The fact is DHA was not fully ready to ballot phase 9 this month or next months. They did it quickly to secure themselves from land acquisition by Govt. Some true stories are behind, but cannot mention here. Even though you can see many lands DHA could not acquire yet cause many irregular pockets inside all Phase 9.
Reading its official map, it can easily be concluded more than 40% of total plots got either worst
location or bad locations in each block.
Specially J, K, L,M (South half), N, P (Near Drain), R blocks will not gain much rather would loose price than file. B block has excluded area which DHA could not get it yet, but was in process, if failed then this block may also loose value.
People are getting panic after seeing map which is not found better than all other phases and asking one major question is their plot good or bad located. This panic will be increased when all would come to know their locations and will rush to sell starting next months.
So an average location plot would easily fall below 75 Lac including Dev.Ch. Now best location plots may not get price even 90.
People (mainly big investors, being part of them) who sold their files before ballot remained The Best.
Gained profits, no loss by getting bad/worst plots. Due to above and other factors, good and best plots will NOT be able to rise as many people were thinking but may be after 3-5 years subject to DHA development starts & speed. But who can wait for next 3-5 years to see it where as market has other much better & quick investment options???
Note: Don't sell or buy based on this comment, Use your brain, get maximum knowledge, discuss with many before taking your final decision.

Excellent Prism 9 map. just could not ask for more. 50 plus parks. 1000s corners. Insha Allah more gains ahead in 1 to 5 years.

Thanks to Allah for keeping my Izaat. All 8 marla are only main roads and have two sides open. Inside roads are for pedestrians use only. Many people in my client list in commercial did get corners that are three sides open. Many got 150roads or 80 feet in Z1 and Z2. No one got a commercial plot in polo ground area. I have almost all commercial plots clients data so I can see ballot was done fairly for commercial files. So most likely it was fair for all residential plots too. If any hanky phanky was going to happen it would have been done in commercials too. My clients got Z1 150 feet corner in Zone-1 one of the most expensive plot in DHA 9 Prism

I am sending thousands of emails and SMS for past few hours. Have no change to look your plots on maps yet. Only looked commercial plots so far for each client. Z1 is going to the hottest commercial spot in entire DHA Lahore in next 5 years as no village no nala no grave yard near Z1. Z1 very centerly located access able from all side Askrari DHA Town DHA 5 M blocks close to Golf course and next to huge apartment buildings. So for commercial Z1 wins in this master plan and in entire DHA. Just need to wait 4 to 5 years and It will be priced higher than DHA3 DHA8 DHA6 DHA7 INSHA ALLAH.

I will check each location for you on map for all residential plots too but please understand I have given my word to more than 2000 clients to send them their plot numbers 1st.

Jameel Habeeb and all others friends please help each other with plot location assessments for now until I am done with important task SMS and emails.

Phase- 9 has been a complete disappointment as file holders waited for so long and ultimately gains are nothing. Few brokers with their vested interests created un-necessary hype in market and earned money from ordinary men who believed on them. I have always emphasized that one has to go personally to an area before purchasing it.Phase-7 is much batter once you compare it with phase-9. At least one will not wait for another 10 years and one can see what is on ground. Phase 9 map makes phase 7 look like a blessing.

Sir CMY, Phase 9 has several leather tanneries at the south end. HEXAVALENT CHROMIUM from tanneries waste is lethal. Surprisingly, no one has discussed this serious health hazard. It is is not a good place to raise your family. Please do some research of leather tanneries toxic waste.

Please comment on this big issue?

Ladies & Gents: My apologies but after balloting, Phase 9 does not live up to the hype that was created around it. There are so many holes and pocket that the whole area looks like occupied territory. I mean it is a joke that Oval Complex and polo ground in surrounded by Dev Klan village, Dav Krurd village and some cheap Anmol Housing Society. I mean come on….

CMY is right when he says where in Lahore you can get a plot located in decent society for less than 80-90 lacs and this is DHA! There is absolutely no doubt that Phase 9 will gain in value in long term. But I disagree with CMY when he recommends people to sell from Phase 6 or 8 and move to Phase 9. Just have a look at the maps of these phases and quality of town planning.

South of Phase 9 is an industrial area with some of the biggest polluters in Lahore. I just picked the following name among many of the factories that are at south of Phase 9 Sectors K, L, M, N and P:

• Alogside Rohi Nala Road
• Hafeez Shafi Tanneries
• Firhaj Footwear
• Nishat Mills – dying unit
• Shahzada Industries

Dear dealers please explain as to why you guys did not inform the public about this important information about Phase 9.

Mr Sana-Ullah, if you were a buyer in phase 9, why didn't you find this information before putting your hard earned money in it. OR if you weren't a buyer, still why didn't you get this information before and share with us when it could have been useful.

Mr Ahmed, I bought 2
files back in 2007 when it was called Phase 9/10 and there was no information about the size and scale of these phases other than generally identified location. You are right that we should've seen the various anomalies around the overall area. However, we were expecting a clean plotting and not 5 or 6 villages and other smaller societies right in the center of the Phase 9. If this was not the case, the Phase 9 could easily have been considerably away from the Rohi Nalla.
