K1116 is tricky.. can not figure out whether its a dead end or DHA reserve land or grave yard or what.. also comfort factory is nearby.. seems a bad

sorry i can not extend myself to your level , buying plot from sibling in case u need a free advice always take 1k notes instead of 5k although they are difficult to count . now if u sort out economics and this level do reply

Mr. Sheru, you are correct. The issue is I have tried contacting Mr. CMY to the level of stalking him. No response received. Also, i live in Abu Dhabi and there are no property agents here dealing in Pakistan property. I called an agent in Lahore and he said my plot is worth 60.Another renowned agent says it's worth 48. So there's a lot of confusion.Anyway,i don't feel offended and no you didn't sound arrogant sir.

@Maria please check google map then u will find it having small house or may be haveli .but size of plot look bigger more than 10 Marla. I am also holding 10 Marla back of lane 1116 if u got feedback then do share with others

Sister Ms. Maria, L-1418 is corner plot and park. But it is also near to Grid station and Hudiara Drain which is mainly a worse point because of its small issue 24/7, 365 days.
Sell it even at file rate you get now. Re-invest your funds again in other investment opportunities. A brotherly advice.

DHA Phase 9 Golf Course.

Mr. CMY should explain to us what kind of golf course can be built on a 350+Kanals in Phase 9. (Defence Raya Phase 6 Golf course (excluding villas) is spread over 1700 Kanals, Royal Palm Lahore is 1100 Kanals and Gymkhana is around 1600 Kanals).

Or Was this just a marketing strategy "Phase 9 will have its own golf course" as advertised before ballot.

This Golf course is looly Pop only,may be 9 holes olny, no planning yet, golf course countreuction will be start 3 to 4 years, DHA very slow, Defence raya still not finished yet,

That's what I complain about. DHA failing to deliver a quality product or meeting it's promises. Then people tell you grow up, you chose it.

Same as a bad doctor would say to patient, I messed up but grow up you chose to come to me.

PS I hope I am not making Phase 9 look worse than what it is just because I did not get a good plot. May be I am biased.

let me put it this way

i know people who bought a 1 kanal plot for 13 lacs rps
Now why on earth would that thing sell so low? because people thought DHA wont deliver. Simple.

If evrything was so guaranteed, and delievry time 3 yrs as planned, 1 kanal would never sell below 75 lacs even in early stages. thats where we jump in, and pray that atleast we get something from DHA and maybe our property gets a boom

I agree with Haseeb here. His and mine point of view is different. I am not investor, instead an overseas trying to have enough to make home in order to return before it's too late (children grown up). Promises to people like me matter a lot. We don't have decades in front of us. So it all depends how you look at it.

Phase-9 golf course looks like a marketing tactic & nothing else. DHA tried to follow Bahria Town which announce golf course in their every new project. Who cares whether these golf courses are completed or not. Their main purpose is just to sell the plots at higher
prices. How many of us plays golf in routine?
