Excellent Prism 9 map. just could not ask for more. 50 plus parks.1000s corners. Insha Allah more gains ahead in 1 to 5 years.

Thanks to Allah for keeping my Izaat. All 8 marla are only main roads and have two sides open. Inside roads are for pedestrians use only. Many people in my client list in commercial did get corners that are three sides open. Many got 150roads or 80 feet in Z1 and Z2. No one got a commercial plot in polo ground area. I have almost all commercial plots clients data so I can see ballot was done fairly for commercial files. So most likely it was fair for all residential plots too. If any hanky phanky was going to happen it would have been done in commercials too. My clients got Z1 150 feet corner in Zone-1 one of the most expensive plot in DHA 9 Prism

I am sending thousands of emails and SMS for past few hours. Have no change to look your plots on maps yet. Only looked commercial plots so far for each client. Z1 is going to the hottest commercial spot in entire DHA Lahore in next 5 years as no village no nala no grave yard near Z1. Z1 very centerly located access able from all side Askrari DHA Town DHA 5 M blocks close to Golf course and next to huge apartment buildings. So for commercial Z1 wins in this master plan and in entire DHA. Just need to wait 4 to 5 years and It will be priced higher than DHA3 DHA8 DHA6 DHA7 INSHA ALLAH.

I will check each location for you on map for all residential plots too but please understand I have given my word to more than 2000 clients to send them their plot numbers 1st.

Jameel Habeeb and all others friends please help each other with plot location assessments for now until I am done with important task SMS and emails.

Why there is such a big unplanned area in B block? It is very much cut off from main DHA but linked with DHA Phase 5 Extension and Askari XI. Why DHA left this area unplanned? Anyone has any idea?

Yes Ahmad, there is this area and many many other pockets that have not been acquired by DHA. If you just visit the area in detail, you can get the sense of this.

But they specifically mentioned unplanned but kept it inside the boundary wall of dha 9. Areas that are not acquired are outside boundary wall

Reason being that DHA has plans to acquire in future but hasn't been able to do so as yet. For phase 9, this is more a problem because land
prices have increased a lot as compared to file prices and therefore, there isn't incentive for land owners to give the land for files. I personally know many land owners who have refused to give their land to DHA.

Again i would repeat that please visit the area and then you may find the truth.

If that is the reason then DHA should make upper B block part of Phase5 Extension as that is the only exit for this block

Dear Ahmead I am also concerned about the same issue.. If you look closely i think the 120 ft wide road is curved in such a way that it connects both upper and bottom portion of the Block B. I think it is the future plan of DHA to develop this land as there is no access to upper Block B as of now
