Please tell me about my 5 marla plot, it is R1405 and opposite Marquee.What do you say it is in good location or bad, i need your expert opinion.I want to keep this plot for next 4 years.Tell me does it worth??????I will appreciate you if you will guide me in this regard.Thanks

please also tell about plot near k-8 on 120" road? should i hold it or sell it for some better

R 1405, is In fact in front of an areas not yet taken by DHA, If they take over only then Marquee can be made, in both cases it is of course mot an ideal
location, you may say bit less than average

@ Abdullah K 8 is prime location distance from Nalla may be bothering you, I think it is 800 meters not bad keep it. It has good features especially access to Gajumattah

The Other access points in sector A,B and C are all theoretical as there is private land on the way, They may never materialize The Other valid access is only through DHA town, So I think most of DHA 9 will exit from Gajumattah Interchange. and highlighted ealier there will be no interchange in phase 9 only underpasses

Mr.jameel could u please tell me why R 1405 would be bad if it is opposite Marquee as it is shown on Map.If this area is not taken by DHA then what is the future of R1405??? The situation is very alarming?Please tell me in detail, i am waiting your reply, thanks

It is so far good
Location, Not Prime location but it in K Block which is near Old GTS , it is about 500 Meters away from Nallah, the Good point is it is near Future exit of all DHA prism ie Gajumattah, To exit to Ferozupur road you will have to travel only 2.8 KM but other will have to travel 10 to 12 KM
You can say no bad features but better access[ which most DHA 9 is lacking]
Only bad thing is that a big encroachment is 100 Meters away. But it is not village

When we compare 5 m
location with 5m in other blocks then 5m k block is good and obviously 5m location could not be compared with 1k location.

8.5/10 for 5 marla for your 1190 and all lane it's value will be 38 round about . 9/10 is above lane in k 40 will be its value and 9.5/10 for corner , facing park if any . big road of upper lanes of k 40 plus will be its value , the block below to your lane 1700's is 8/10 and it will be 36 plus . that are only my pick of block and
location else other than these are average even with corners or bad and worst .
