AoA, it looks quite similar to my M-620.

+ corner, may have area more than 20 marla, reasonably far from "nala"
- on the boundary of ANMOL (a bit better than being on the boundary of a village)

Overall, in my opinion it is above average :).

THANKS MR.HASSAN I ALSO THINK SAME BUT MOST OF THE PHASE 9 BLOCKS HAVE POCKETS AND DIFFERENT FLAWS IN SOME MANNERS. SO MOST OF THE PEOPLE GET SAME SITUATION IN MY SUGGESTION.

J 697 is fair Location near Boundary But better than R Block it is Near Ashiana, You will able to exit through Kamhan Road to Ferozuepur Raod, I Think it is good Location Hold it.
