In my opinion it is a good location, close to LRR and close street.

It is not very good location ...you can say average location due to 3 reasons

1 - Mosque (Parking issue)
2 - Plot size is not square
3 - Back against village

Good point is that it is near park

@ABV. R741 is not good location due to farm house in front and nearby village. It is better to relocate some where else with adding some amount.

I think J block 5 marla location very good, easy approch from feroz pur and Lahore Ring road, very easy access lahore, j block is the center of lahore, am i right

Fully agree and endorse your opinion. J block is best based on the same logic as Phase 8 that has closeness and access.

I think H, F & K are better then J as they are connected to main DHA, but we should remember that there be sufficient underpasses to connect J to main DHA.

I firmly believe that H, H, K & J are very good blocks many not the best.

687J is a good location, I will advise you not to sell this plot in a hurry.
