I need to know the estimated price of 1 Kanal plot in Fazaia Housing scheme on Rawind rd near 105 D.
Also, wat are the development charges there.

Can some one help pls.

129-D 1kanal plot location is being offered at 55 Lac which is just opposite side of 105-D. Deal can be matured between 48-52 Lac.

Khalid Bhai, I think 129-D is next n last street, which should be bit lowered as compared to 105D steet, right ? in that case105 -D should lie in between 52-55 lacs ?

also wat are total transfer charges there ?

It is not genuine so cannot be trusted. Also you wont be able to figure the plot sizes.

Ali, please check DHA official website you will get there phone as well as email to get your allocation no, email them with copy of your intimation letter. Good luck, regards.

Dear CMY,

I have intimation letter since 2009 for a file that was bought for me while I was overseas by my brother. I have not received the allocation letter until now, I just have intimation letter.

I want to find out if my file will be included in the ballot.

Further to my message above. I have heard that the I need to go to DHA and sign some papers before DHA will issue allocation letter, is this true or allocation letter will be issued based on the transfer made by my bother on my name.

HM your file will be in ballot. To receive allocation letter you must come to Pakistan to receive it. No need to hurry up. When every you come to Pakistan take your intimation letter and CNIC to DHA office and in 5 minutes you will get your allocation letter.

Instalments files are old. All new files state the were issued against land.

I looked at leaked map and it seems fake. DHA claims to have a golf course , theme park , riding club but i donot see any of these in map. Atleast theme park and golf course should be visible

how much time it will take to complete balloting process , i think just a single push in minute will come up with records and plot no ?? does computer balloting can have error and omissions ?? will 1k , 10m and 5 marla balloting will held with intervals , how much time dealers take to get balloting result from dha office ??

10 Am to 12 Pm is time given by DHA. Each plots size category is done separately and may or may not even have DHA7 DHA8 DHA6 files in this ballot.

DHA Lahore Phase 9 Prism ballot will be held in DHA auditorium in R block at 10 am. Entry by passes only due to limited space and chief guest security details. No cell phones and cameras or electronic/electrical devices allowed due to very strict security.

If you have already filled form for ballot check there is no need to fill this form again. CNIC no is no needed.

Official results may not be available till Monday because DHA office is closed on Satuday and Sunday.

Best of luck for all the file holders who have waited a lot and its now almost 12 to 13 hours left for ballot.My best wishes are with you all.InshAllah you will get reward of your investments if not for short term,definitely you will get good return in 2 to 3 years.
I have no investment in DHA as i were little bit reluctant to DHA because its a rich people game (this is what I have perception about Dha)but I have observed CMY post and his expert opinion, they are really amazing and I feel he guide in the best interest of buyer and seller.He is not a dealer but in true sense he is real guider.I have visited many dealers and every one have its own interest but Mr CMY Saab is true guider,teacher,expert,helper.I salute you CMY saab for your efforts for people of this forum.

MM I called many times. Your file had to called from record room to check its status. Due to 4 or 5 times more transfers than normal DHA staff was completely exhausted with all overtime and hurried up tasks. They were not willing to do any extra favor on last day.

Sorry I tried my best to call each contact in DHA but I could not make sure about your file if it will be in ballot or not.

Is it possible that all good plots are balloted on 15 may and all bad or worst location plot are left for mini ballots of phase 9 later on

I have more than current 2000 actual DHA9 file holders file numbers so If any one can know ballot was done fairly or or not its me. No one else have that option to pin point what actually happened in Prism ballot.

But it may take 2 to 4 weeks after Prism ballot by looking at each location on official Prism map.
