Yes I have come to know through one of the post that it is happening in DHA Auditorium. The time should be confirmed by my dear friend Guru Gi CMY. And also everyone can go if they will be able to accommodate.

DHA should have the system to display balloting result online so everyone can easily find out the winning lottery number, but they are still far behind than others and still have the Jutka system.

you have to buy on cost of land first which can be 30 for worst located if any , 35 for bad located , 42 to to good , after that u have to pay development charges to dha if seller didnot pay any or full , in case he paid full u have to ay to seller in case 1 installment u have to pay that much . dev charges can be 4 to 6 max . after 3 years top located 5 marla will gain 100% in prism which will take it to 90 plus

Agreed with Shoaib...govt has full plans to cover all the nalas in Lahore..just they did in LOS...and I think in next financial year they will put some money for this purpose...also Lahore sialkot motorway may pass along or on this drain...so many chances are that this nala will be covered in future...

not confirmed. Buyer may be allowed to pay dev charges to dha on installments. lets wait for few days more

I don't have any investment in DHA 9 but I must say CMY saab make a guess work and I still believe that it will behave like that as CMY said. 32 bad location 5 marla including dev charges so if we subtract 7 lac as dev charges we left with 25 lac and right now price is 24 lac for 5 marla so its according to as per CMY said.Good loaction plot will move to 30 lac to 32 lac if dev charges are not included.We don't have any doubt in that what he said.So be calm and hold your nerves till ballot.

stop following 5-6 your plots price for 5-6 months atleast and then you will see.

i have 4 files of 5 marla. I dont plan even selling the 'worst' location plot yet. I'll keep them for 5 years atleast.

point is, when we go to buy a plot , we are told "its facing canal" while when we try to sell the same told, it is said "its in front of ganda nullah"
