Below average very Close and Facing Dev Kalan village, But is Corner , Not Clean 50X90 but trapezoid Front less Back more.May be a bit bigger.
Over all about 5% Below average price

Thanks a lot. if its a bit bigger, will I have to pay more in development charges? I thought corner would be more expensive :(

I have different opinion....front is not small..its as wide as adjoining plots i.e.838, 839...plot has multi-directional access....though facing village...but will be masked as soon as houses in the front block are constructed...Corner provides flexibility in orientating face towards wider side of plot...better than an average plot...proximity to Main Park, amenities etc should also ratchet up its ranking....anyhow Congratulations....its not a bad plot in my reckoning...

B-376 is on 150. What else you want?
B-874 is feet away from phase 5 M block....

CMY brother and property gurus,

Kindly assess the following plots,

B 347
G 391
N 54

I want to sell two plots since I can't pay development charges which two should I sell and which one I should keep.

FNB. B 347 is much better,
G 391 is good
N.54 is very bad located.

Me would vote for B 347 to be kept.

Adnan: R 2503 is at good location while F1527 is at 120 road at corner is also a good plot.
