Suggestion

In addition to dealing with indl queries, LRE should post an analysis of plots sector wise, highlighting generally areas according to their values and advice on whether to sell or hold.

I think if u see the map to great extent u can yourself evaluate your sector and plot. If u see map Sectors close to DHA 9 Town, phase 5 and Askari XI, Should get developed 1st and will be closer the ares where possession / construction activity will start first. Than sectors close to Theme Park , Golf Course and other Such like facilities r equally attractive than is closeness to a village or some thing like that and how far the sector is from main entrances or hub of the activities like main commercial areas. Within sector than u hav to see
location of plot which is if at start of sector near to main road or close to some dead end or on close grave yard etc . Than is it on or close bad patch of ground that is Nullah etc but surely DHA would take care of it, More important is location of sector and than plot. Totally Personal views not some expert opinion.

location wise and you can enjoy all facilities of 9 prism living in Dha 9 Town..

5 Marla 9 Town prices will increase day by day and will be inshallah 65 to 70 Lacs....

Looking at the plot numbers that people are publishing, it is very obvious that faujis kept the best from their own and given away kachra to civilians. Very sad.

No one is looking at the fact that they are owner of DHA plot and thank Allah. Everyone wants prime
location to be rich in a day. That is not possible.

Location is the reason for such a wide price range for each sector... For example 85 Lacs to 195 Lacs for same size plots in varying locations.

Is P800 location bad or average? Obviously it is not good.If sell now what could expect? CMY or other experts please advice. This is all I got from my hard earned money.

it is Bad
Location to know real worth you will have to wait for one month when you get good number of sellers in Market, then you will know that how much you get and How Much you have to add to switch to good Location.
n estimate is your plot is about 8 Lac cheaper than an average Location Plot, But to get an interested buyer will be a challenge. That is a Main problem of Such Locations.
I am so sorry I keep On replying the people with bad locations where as some including CMY is tactfully avoiding that and giving the people Congratulation only on Good Locations,Or he is too Busy.
