Phase 7 Y block

Respected brother CMY,
I have a plot in Y block phae 7. Its price was 100+ about 8 months back. Now it is between 80 -90. Is there any hope in near future, it will increase or should i sell it and invest somewhere else. Thanks

I think there had been a definite correction in Ph 7
prices during last one year. My plot in Q block was evaluated at 105 lacs at that time and now similar plot is available at 97.

in 2014 15 there is Correction in
Prices and we are passing a small Slump now [not drastic] You see that DHa 9 File price inspite of 12,13 ys Waiting period i snow 58.5, few months back it was 54, No Much Hype in Market which is good sign as when people lose money in Boom they Curse property and many years dont come near investment.
To Me it is realsitic Price of Phase 9, Not cheap not expensive

phase 9 file number

Dear CMY,
I bought one kanal affidavit file in phase 9 in December 2014. after that I came back in uae. I have intimation letter. I does not have allocation letter.
my question is that my file may include in ballot?
secondly where I can find file number, as my knowledge, intimation letter does not have file number.
Kindly reply.

Waqas yes it will make to ballot. But to get plot number on May 15 2015 ballot you need an allocation number.

You should call DHA on phone or email them to email you your allocation file number. You must attach with your email a copy of CNIC and intimation letter to be safe.

Kindly Make sure it is proper DHA phase 9 allocation File you purchased. I doubt and as you mentioned it was affidavit file. So may be it is Phase 9 extension. In that case it may not be included in ballot... Kindly Confirm first

Can you please explain how this affidavit can be part of ballot where as it has no allocation yet. How is this case different.

You said that any allocation issued after 30 April will not be part of ballot !!!

To get allocation letter by paying membership fee . Other wise your wont be able to get into balloting. and it takes usually 30 working days after intimation letter. Speak with your poperty dealer.

Asa I wanted to ask when posession of phase 5 M Block is expected? Also any news on 100 ft road or underpass connecting it etc? I think I saw CMY sahab post on phase 5 m block recently. Sir if you could please point me to that post or repost it would be very helpful. Anyone elses opinions also welcome. I will be visiting the location on the ground soon and take pics if anyone interested.

I can clearly see some commercials plots of 8 and 4 marlas

After some detective work with this un official leaked map that may have minor changes but roads will be same now I can clearly see some commercials plots of 8 and 4 marlas in these areas if my eye sight is still good

also possibly some 4 marla commercial plots on both roads crossing on left of where Askari 11 is written. Some 4 marla commercials in DHA town new blocks can be seen too.

Dear saima, i am not expert about property but i seen it on map, u may save map picture and see it very closely. you will see very small sizes are being shown in State life 1 & 2 area with little extra light. Rest Allah Knows better.
