What are the new predicted prices on 16 May 2015( after ballot)

Worst, Bad, Normal and Best Location.

How can b 20 lac difference between Phase 8 Z block & phase 9 prism 10 marla plots? Though both r DHA. Totally feels unrealistic .No doubt phase 9 has much better
location bt we should keep mind, its the largest phase so supply would be greater as well.

This is what I felt, rest Allah knows better.

As we can see a few images of the Phase 9 Map, have you got any information on planned allocations for Phase 9 - 10 Marla Plots. If you have got any information, can you please indicate the land belts on these maps for allocation of 10 Marla plots. I have got one.

I am waiting for official map of DHA9 Prism 9 (Proper). May be this leaked map is good too but I cant see any plots on it.

what will be fate if 5 marla holders who end up on very good location and those who end up at very bad location , further corner , big roads , graveyard , boundary , commercial facing keeping in mind on both locations , and what is current price of 5 marla file ??

Location & Bad Location) for Phase 9 after the ballot.

On In that case, I am sure no once can give you exact Answer Unless the the map is on the table...
SO as most accurate GUESS, I think the overall
prices after ballot will take few months to get a stable number.
So lets wait for few days more and then see the trend for few month to take decision of selling or Purchasing.

It seems LRR southern loop Dissect BTL from fazaia then golf view resedencia will be effected. Please put some light which area of golf view will be effected. Please explain number wise like first 200 numbers or 400 onward or after 600. Will be very thankful as I have plot on first 100 dont know whether its safe or not.

i had a chat just before with a GURU of Bahria, he told me that not a single plot in Bahria will be affected with LRR, it is passing from the boundry of Bahria.

@E.A. With due respect sir, I find that to be a gross misrepresentation. It is fair to say that we do not know yet but to suggest that not a "single" bahria plot will be affected is incorrect. IF and only IF the current map which is being circulated since 2012 is implemented, I definitely see Bahria and in particular Golf view residencia being the most affected. Ring Road is practically passing through entire Golf view residencia.

NFC investors don't have much worry from LRR as only few plots will be affected and LRR interchange is a big plus.

Please don't delay Phase 9 are proper DHA phase, its
location are 100 time batter than Z block phase 8.
Always invest in proper phase of any scheme not extension not extra block like Z.
Location matter in property, phase 9 are much batter location than Z.

Mr. Khalid given the right opinion as there is no comparison between two and at this time there is a small difference in value but in long run there will be a huge gape of price and value of property.

AOA CMY Sahib,

I am following ur posts from a very long time. And i am a die hard fan of u. I have one question regarding State life Phase II. I know now a days every one is talking about DHA Prism, and no one bothers about SL2. But following are my thinkings, needs ur suggestion or evaluation about my thinking,

1. Location of SL2 is unmatched. I know there are some deep wholes in its area but the location of this phase is like a GOLD. And i am thinking that in a 2 or 3 years time this place will be like a hot cake deal for investors.

2. Keeping in mind its location, i dont think so any one who purchased that property will throw that away like a garbage. This phase of state life will gain max returns in the coming years.

3. As the ballot of PRism is very near and DHA will start development of DHA prism very soon. And when the development of PRism will start it will definitely impact the prices fo SL2 because it is adjacent to SL2 and we would witness a sharp increase in the prices of SL2.

Am i thinking right or the other way around?

Please pass some comments on my thinkgs,

There will be some movement in SL2 AFTER the month of June 2015. Thats what the director told us to hold till June.

To LRE I am interested in buying the phase 9 ext file. i called the number listed here which has a very nice ring tone darood shareef MA. but no one answers.

I agree with DHA9 Prism map on its side SL2 will become more attractive and may start gaining in price soon now.

CMY bhaii I dont think SL2 will gain attractively because its development will take much much longer than ph9 due to SL management. But yes SL1 will rise now 1crore plots reaching 1.5 within 2 to 3 years

I purchased 10 marla plot of State Life Phase 2 on 40 feet road in December 2013 which is transferable & not the open one.

Kindly guide me either to hold this or sale out for investing in other society.

Can you also provide your expert views for any chance of merger between DHA & State Life in future

Raheel bhai please sell it. Not good to keep it. No hope other than DHA merger in future. If that every happen be good but other than that no justifiable return here to hold it for long term.
