Other than these 3 villages that will stay there for ever 1)Bullar Near Inmol Housing Scheme and GTS housing Scheme 2)Dew Kalan in the middle 3) Halpalke near DHA town map is 99% cleared of any other major pockets.


Very small villages Kot Wadawa Sing near DHA5 ext and Dew Khurd near Inmol & GTS HS are just too small and likely to be cleared by DHA. They are on boundary of DHA9 prism anyway. Not going to effect any thing.

Its not official map until released by DHA on May 15, 2015

DHA 9 Proper is now called DHA 9 Prism. DHA 9 Extension will be called DHA 10

Jameel Bhai DHA5 Extension Underpass to link DHA9 Prism and DHA5 Ext to current DHA5. DHA9 Prism to DHA6&7 Underpass on Badian road and Lahore Ring road interchange near Ashaina Housing Scheme have plans ready. DHA is hoping Punjab Govt funds interchange for Ashaian Housing their poster child. If Punjab Govt dont fund it DHA will provoide funds for it.


Land for all these is set aside by DHA. Funds will be provided by DHA near DHA9 Prism possession time.

Rahil bhai I am glad you didnt say May 14th before ballot :)

After ballot each ballot result sheet have to be verified for errors copied in multiple sets than each paper sheet is signed by Sec DHA Administrator DHA etc. After that a single posted on display boards with unsorted numbers. 1 sheet and 500 plus people looking at that sheet to find a plots that matches your file number or CNIC number.
Dhekey pey dhaka for 500 to 1000 people for 3 to 4 hours until DHA closes. About less than 100 people get lucky to find their plot number before DHA staff take these results inside after office time ends.

This is how past results were posted on ballot day. This time I request DHA to post results sorted with file numbers and not plot numbers. I also request DHA to please post them on multiple sets since we have a very large display area available.

Post them online asap like Ivy Green.

To keep 4 plots - 1 Kanal each till complete development OR to sell them after the balloting now and buy a commercial 8 marla in Prism 9?

Asad looking at the map now getting a good plot of 1 kanal chances are greater than all past phases. For 77 lacs including development charges 1 kanal can be worth to try your luck. You cant get a good location in this price after ballot.

Look at Ivy green plots for sale you cant find a good location under 100 lacs including development charges.

Not only you should wait a bit for Phase 9 but...
DO NOT spend all your money at once. Should start with 50-60% of total amount, wait for six month to a year. Then make your second call....

Tahir sab, Golden Principal of investment "Do not put all your eggs in one basket", so always diversify your investments even with lower profits but make risk lower with this hard earned money until you are really risk seeker or risk tolerant.

Sui-2 is an excellent investment. it will be ngulfed by bahria in coming years as Sui-1 is engulfed with DHA phases. and you can check rates of Sui-1 now. also LRR southern loop will pass by its F and D blocks...

So go for it. i have also a plot there in E sector.

Sell DHA6 4-Marla commercial and buy two 8-marla commercial in DHA9 Prims

5 years from today each DHA9 Prims will be prices more DHA6 4 marla commercial. On top you will have two plots of 8 marla instead of one 4 marla. After 5 years rent for rest of the life will be 3 to 4 times you will get in DHA6 after 5 years from today.

I would do it in one minute but after ballot and first looking at plots location for purchase in DHA9 Prism .

I need to construct the house. My priorities include better build society and bigger land between10 marlas to 1 kanal.
I have few thoughts
1. Buy a land with possession area and construct the house through thekaidar.
2. Buy 2 lands worth around 40 40 lacs and live in rented house for max 2 years and then sale one plot and construct the other one.
3. Buy a land which is cheap and will get possession in next 2 years and also a 5 marla plot in possession area and then after two years sale the small plot and start constrction on big land which i will possess in next 2 years..please suggest

Link to verify file details for upcoming balloting of DHA LHR Phase 9
Link that shared on this forum after Phase 9 balloting announced did not work for me. I have not received any confirmation after submitting my allocation details.There is an application number available on allocation letter with instruction to deposit fee of approx. 37800 PKR with photos,copy of NIC. will it be considered in upcoming balloting?
