CMY or Anyone. Please kindly let me know ASAP. I just purchased a 5 Marla file in Phase 9 Proper. The file was transferred to my name after 30th of April. They say any file transferred after 30th is not part of Balloting. Please let me know???

Mr MM if your file was affidevet and it was transfered after 30th April then it wont include in up coming ballot. If your file was already be converted in Allocation file before 30th April then it does not matter if it is transfered on ur name even after 30th April. It will definitely include in ballot. Hope you understand it now.

Mr Faizen. What I found out that it does not matter if it is affidevet or allocation file ..anything that is transferred after 30th it will not be part of Balloting on May 15th ALSO do you know when they
files will be balloted ??

Mr Faizan. Thank you for making it clear. Really appreciated. Yes I purchased effidevet file after April 30th and today I got the int letter. I still have to request tomorrow for allocation so I will assume I am not included in balloting..NOW my question is you think since my file is not included in balloting my file value will go down? Other will become plots and will be liable for D Charges but file wont..Do u suggest to sell right away or now wait till 15th?? please tell me your views. Thanks

A file that means an affidavit file was issued after April 30th or an intimation letter against affidavit that was issued after April 30th 2015 will not make it to ballot.

If you had an allocation to allocation transfers even after April 30th 2015 upto May 14th 2015 and have not received your allocation you are still ballot ready Because this original allocation was issued Before April 30th and only name changing took place in transfer.

There will be mini ballots each time DHA have 100 or 500 or 1000
files. In past DHA had mini ballots when 100 new allocation were issued and you get plot in proper phase Where your land was located. If land was in phase 5 you get plot in phase 5 even today. Since DHA 9 may have lot of files issued even after ballot. Chances are DHA will do ballot only after good number like 500 or 1000 files are issued.

Mr CMY thank you for addressing my situation. I will be missing my ballot for phase 9 bec it was transferred after 30th. Mr CMY can you please suggest if I should sell it before balloting or wait ? Also after balloting is my file will have a lower price than the plot? And when the second balloting for phase 9 will happen? What do u advise to keep it or sell it if I don't plan to keep for a long term ?

MM no need to sell before ballot. After ballot due to plots and map availability you will get a better price. I suggest you sell it one week after Eid day to get best price. If not wait till Jan 2016 to sell it.

Only Allah know what is
prices will be but you asked for my guess. I pray and wish you get a lot higher price by not selling it. Today is worst time sell a file that wont be ballot. You may even get lucky and get a plot in ballot. In past all files that were issued time one day before ballot were in the ballot. Do call DHA to get your allocation number.

If you do get so lucky please do let me know too after the ballot. . I will be happiest person for you getting this surprise gift.

I bought an affidavit file couple of years ago & got allocation letter later. Will that file be considered affidavit file or allocation. Will that be included in ballots?

i quoted the exact numbers of my plots...
yes M2A and M3A very few lines comes under LRR (may be one line) and that is actually marked there at site...

M2A and M3A is still not in the market... majority of property there is pledged up with banks...

Like i bought my plot from faysal bank.

@ Shoiab, I could not understand You Bought M2 that is not Bank Investment How Faisyal Bank involved, that is clear possession area. May be it was Bank's investment.
For access from M2 side, I Guess you get only Under pass to to goto Khiabane Ameen then Valencia Not service road Climbing at that point [This you are talking of Mini interchange It depends how much is height of LRR at that point.].

@ Mansoor I hope not as they have good provision for LRR and that society was informed forehand that LRR will pass through it, Due to Budget Cut LRR is making interchanges even smaller and less Lavish, But Adda plot interchange may marginally affect it.

I am also a holder of dha phase 9 files. In my view this forum has been a bit too optimistic about the prospects of dha 9.

For 1K 60 lac is realistic pre ballot price. The market speculation can add or subtract 1-2 lac.
