Plot is ok to hold. dont worry about Anmol HS. Its not a village. Its just poorly developed scheme. DHA should take over it and do a re carpeting of roads etc. That will be good addition to Prism.

N 266 is not facing towards village so no need to worry. Hold it. No a prime
location but worth keeping

Yes Anmol is a housing society with two or three big houses. May b kanal or two kanals. I think It consist of big houses only. M block
location is not bad.

location. Could keep it for long term. Area in front of it may be taken over by DHA before possession given.

All friends please note if any one in my office have given you any price estimate or lower rates unrealistic rates please disregard those rates. That is mistake of couple of guys that were not dealing DHA9 till ballot day.


Actual rates will not be available for next 15 days. I am not giving any prices of each location even when people keep insisting for them.Its useless to give a rate if I cant stand a buyer or seller at that price.

Entire DHA dealers market is looking towards Lahore Real Estate to set benchmarks for Prism plots prices. I am not going to offer any prices for each location until I see enough buyers and sellers in Prism.

If other estates start offering any plots for sale at any prices we will update those plots here for you. Not enough trust able number of buyer or sellers are available at any estate as of today. Only confusion every where.


For now all our visitors are requested not to ask for prices estimates.




Couple of team members may have given lower rates to you in email or on phone but you must disregard those. People keep insisting to get a value for plot but friends its too early. Why so much hurry. DHA have not even announced if any plots are transferable yet.


Due to tremendous call volume and email and SMS volume and my poor health I am forced to use all available staff to answer email for you and answer your calls. Due to this couple of LRE staff members that are not expert in DHA 9 may have given very unrealistically low rates to your in email. Those guys were to only give you plot numbers and location assessment if its a worst bad good or great location. All staff is instructed not to offer any buying selling prices for any plot until 15 working days from ballot. If any one gave you any price that have no value. A rate is not an accurate trade able rate until very have both buyers and sellers at that price. Like in files we offer max 25000 price difference between buying selling rates for files.


Once again my apology from my heart. I didnt have to publish on web but Its my mistake and I must take blame for it.

I agreed with BABA-E Property (CMY) Analysis,
prices depend on demand & supply rules. Please keep also find that Property are always long term investments minimum 5 to 10 years period. There may be some boots in short term duration, but real one will be happen in any phase when they are in ready shape after its developments.
Please be patients till start of Development(Jan 2016). That will start to increase the demand till next three years as well increase in prices.

I checked map of Sector E from the link of your website and then from the Website of
DHA Lahore or its homepage AND .. there is a big difference. Please check and let the owners know which map is correct.

One of your team member put 55-56 lacks for 1 kanal good location plot excluding dev charges) . He said its good location and still the price was way lower than wat you estimated after ballot for good locations plots ...

I was surprised and upset :( :( ..

There are actually 2 things, PRICE & WORTH

Price depends on demand & supply rule
Worth is a value of something, & thats what CMY estimating here & the buyers & sellers will most likely use these figures to fix a Price.
