Congratulations to all of you who got good, bad or worst plots in balloting.
1)Remember: "Pareshani Haalat say Nahi Khaylaat say hotee hai"
2)Don't worry about bad or worst locations....at this initial stage. When the development starts ...scenario will change.Remember it has a boundary wall and villages don't affect that much. Secondly, few plots looks odd location wise on the ground but on spot they are fine.
3) The Prism will take time to get stable, if you are planning to make a house than be happy that you got a plot in DHA. Think about millions who can't even they have resources.
4)If you are an investor than monitor market conditions and remember we will get a boom as we are passing through a correction phase and slight slump. The next expected boom will be in 2017 or 2018 INSHALLAH. You will gain huge 50 % minimum.
5)There will be huge trade(buying and selling) in coming next six months. Therefore,
prices will fluctuate.
6) Remember, the demographics trends are more individual living (couples, not a joint family system). There will be a huge demand from different segments for 5 marla and 10 marla. The canal is oversupply so prices may not gain as propotional to 5 marla and 10 marla.
7) I need roughly 40 lac to build 5 marla, 70 lac to build 10 marla and 110-120 to build kanal now a days, just imagine that after 7 years ..5 marla will be 70 lac , 10 marla will be 110-120 and 1 kanal will be 160-plus. Therfore, 5 marla and 10 will gain constantly.
8) everyone is a winner and gain with the passage of time. The timely decisions always get better results, look into your situation and then decide what you want to do with Prism.
9)IN sum, You will have a rainbow from this prism which will have colors of happiness, fun, security, wealth, status, and your "Apna Ghar APNI JANNAT"
