Dear CMY, LRE and other respected member,

My last post was lost in the sand as nobody replied

I want to know if plot between 590 to 599 in M block is in VERY GOOD, GOOD, BAD or WORST Category...

Its on 80 feet road...5/6 plots away from play ground...direct approach to 150 feet main road...with 5 minutes drive to main park and 5 minutes drive to polo ground, shopping mall.

Please guide.... :h :h

Hi. Well my plot is M-786, which is many rows below yours. The only issue that I see is that a large chunk of sector M is sandwiched between Anmol Housing and Gov't Employee Housing. This is still better than being sandwiched between villages. Secondly, Phase 9 is so huge that on the map, sector M appears to be at the fag end of the phase.

Bro This will depend upon you
if you love some hustle and bustle arround then it is Good
location .
If you're peace and pin drop silence supporter then it is somehow bad ..
but as a investor of view it is Very Good location for future Trading

but M block on the map still looks much better than H, K and L sector. so I guess M block would gain more than these block.. having other housing societies around is not a bad option especially when we will have a boundary wall...

Please lift kara do. Candid and brutal view on plot M-786 (1 Kanal). Would love to have my home address as House # 786 but do not think this plot is worth contructing a home as it falls between Anmol Housing and Gov't Employee Housing. Your views? Anybody else?
