dha phase9 All the phases and plots locations are excellent , this is a dha locations with top facilities , please don't not sell your plots on the advice of few property dealers ,hold them and will get gains in the near future. All locations are good eg boundary plots has dead end road excess which is excellent due to security and extra area for car parking and green lawn , plots close to villages are also excellent as they will be cleared in future as 9 extension is on its way. plots next to ring road are also excellent as you will have view of traffic flow from 2 story building especially at night . so dear plot holders all locations are good it is how you think?

I agree. Close to ring road also means easier access. You'll be able to get to anywhere in lahore within 30 min. Dead end boundary plots also means more privacy n exclusivity since only they'll b using that part of the street. Good for security convenient to walk n safe for your children to play

most importantly Its dream some one have a plot in DHA so Phase - 9 is biggest and moderated phase in dha history . I will take time but definite pay to a lot . Be confident . Phase 9 is not like Phase 7 end of the road . so focus on Phase -9 .

Lets say you have 70 lakhs and you want to invest them and have to buy a plot in DHA with it. A reasonable location plot cost is 80 Lakhs and a bad location facing graveyard or nalla is costing 60 Lakhs. Which one will you buy ? You will arrange money from here and there and will upgrade your budget to 80 rather than saving your 10 lakhs by buying a bad location plot. It will take years to sell such plot.

So my friend, a bad location is a bad location. People who want to build house immediately only they will buy it. Not a person who is looking for investment.
