I have had a number of questions last week that were not related to DHA and u did not bother to answer...it seems u dont like to answer the questions other than DHA..how much DHA paying you for this..........

CMY saab is a great man.We have no doubt on his honesty.As DHA 9 is in full swing and CMY saab is expert of DHA so CMY saab are busy to answer the people. Dont mind that.There are other good people like Jamal saab who will ans your query.

One should not blam others in such a way and specially should not link with a well reputed organization of Pakistan like DHA.

It's really disappointing and we should strongly discourage such kind of behavoir..

I know i am little harsh..but imagine..if a persons visit LRE site after evry 30 minutes to see CMY would have answered him but he finds nothing..how will he feel

He should feel nothing, Because he did not paid CMY to answer his queries. CMY is doing a favor, and we like to take his generosity for granted.
This was very harsh from you. You should Apologize. You blamed DHA and CMY in one sentence without making any sense.

The ignorance makes everyone irritated, Mr.CMY is working hard to let us make money no doubt he talks much about or in favour of DHA and no doubts DHA is the most reputable and fruitful society to make profit out of it.
But Sir I have a question for you that do you PAY to Mr.CMY and does he work under/for you, NO then Why are you angry and no need to blame him for nothing.

LRE is a registered dealer of DHA and they dont deal in every housing society.

LRE has cleared it many times.

On the contrary, is there any contract between us and CMY that he has to reply to each of our query?
I see many many repeated queries every day, usually CMY replies to any one of them so that others get benefited too

Special thanks to Mr. CMY

Me and my sister are a regular visitor of this forum. I remember selling my property in Bahria Islamabad and purchasing 5 one kanal files in Phase 9 a few years ago. Costed me less than 100lakh at that time. Now I am hoping all my 5 files hit the 100 lakh mark! ..fingers crossed ..

This is all due to Mr. CMYs advice I took when i was a total Anarri in property. I personally have never dealt with LRE but they will be my official agents from now on.

Thanks Mr. CMY. And a special thanks from my sister too. She bought a Phase 9 10 marla file in May 2013 right before the elections for 23.5. She bought it because she thought Imran Khan will win the elections which will bring stability to the country's economy. Na Imran aaya, na stability, magar General Raheel zaroor aye. Thanks to him DHA is progressing well Alhumdulillah.

I bought these 5
files in October 2011 meaning almost 3 1/2 years ago. I was checking the documents. The price I paid was 18.5 per file not including transaction related expenses.

I will be keeping all these files after the ballot and dont plan to sell anything.

On the advise of CMY I bought 1k file @14 in 2010 through LRE and sold last year@49 and then buy some commercial property in Johar Town. Thanks for his advice.

I wonder why you use the term 'Paki'. Do you not know that its used in a derogatory manner. Its racist and insulting. But may be you have become used to it and hence sensitized to it.

HHH, Thanks for the compliments. My wife is an American National but I never applied for the passport as I never wanted to lose my identity. Paki is a derogatory term in the UK. Everywhere else, it isn't.

Dear LRE,

I have 4 files 1 Kanal each in Prism 9, need may be 1 to build house in future. Need your advice on below:

Is it allowed by DHA if i would get a pair and build a house on 2 kanal? or do they have any restriction to build house on 1 Kanal only.

What do you think if after bellot, i sell 3 plots and buy one 8 marla commercial.

What do you think is the best choice to gain more. Keeping 4 residential plots or 1 residential and 1 - 8 marla comm in Prism 9?
