In one of your post below regarding phase 7 commercial files, u have mentioned that their location may change. Need your detailed opinion abotu Phase 7 Commercial files, as i believe, they have low price and once population is in phase 7, they will go up.

I do not know about future of phase 7 commercial
files as long as gains/profits are concerned but i am rest assured at this price it has Almost Zero downside risk. Priced are so depressed in phase 7 commercial files.

Thanks curious to know. Its just that i don't know, maybe i am wrong or may be i am correct as only Allah knows the best but these are just the property cycles that i have seen. However, these market anomalies may take years to correct but then property is almost always a long term investment.

I had bought
DHA Gujranwala file but I never visited Gujranwala. I bought from a dealer who brought the intimation letter to me in Lahore. I have been told now by DHA Gujranwala that my allocation letter is ready and I can collect it by visiting them in person. I shall do so some time this year.

Hope this gives a hint.

Few of my friends and myself bought 1 kanal plot in Central Park few months back in bracket of 39-41 lac. These are possession plots and ready for construction in Block A . What's your expert opinion about the anticipated price of 1 kanal in central park within a time limit of 1 year ? The dealers working in central park are very positive about the prospects but your true analysis and guidance help us to make a right decision.

Dear Sir,
it is Better To Hold as you may not good price now or you may not be able to sell even, reason is the info we are getting that new transfers will not be entertained for Ballot, Just hold It, see the
Location you get.
In Next 8,9 years phase 9 will see many ups and Down, If Your Plot Location is Bad I would Advise ou to sell and Buy one in DHA 7 in Good Location. Once Houses are made there Price will come up and you can switch to better Location in DHA 9.

As I highlighted earlier that people are being fooled by daily changing rates in files, Other wise they will never ask to hold for Month then sell and then Buy again, realestae is patient game.
