I want to buy Phase-9 Prism 10 Marla File which would be included in the ballot on 15th May.

I heard that once you call any dealer for a file he would say that yes it is available and mention a rate but the moment you go to him to buy it, he would say now the price has increased by X amount. Is that true?
Is it the case with LRE too

There are all kind of dealers. You should try Lahore Real Estate and feel the difference.

MSN please call +923224009766 for most current price Mr Adil Saeed will be able to lock the deal after you send in token money.

Price checking from couple of dealers is ok but more calls you make to different dealers more chance you end paying up more. When a seller gets call from 2 or 3 dealers he either increases the price or put off his sale thinking may be he is selling too early.

Plots in w block are touching almost 185 lacks and in T block 175 lacks; still possession in not in sight. Can you please share your valuable expertise as what will be the approximate value of these plots once the possession is announced.

200 to 225 but that will be peak. Feature growth will be to low from here. Not good any more to hold as investment. If not making a house on plot in DHA6 or DHA8 keeping sitting on them is a huge mistake. i will try to explain with actual example.
