Yes You are right, In Sui gas 2 there are few pockets Not Clear Till now, But on Ground Plots are Good If You find Old Map of Suigas 2 somewhere in LRE site you will see Shaded parts, 90% of them have been Clear till Today. Good Thing is sui gas Society is clearly telling before Purchase and allowing at time only clear land and with Possession, One Of friend here in Forum Could Not Complete the Purchase Just because of 4 week Site plan / NOC issuance time By Sui gas, Site Plan issued means Land acquired and Possession is available Only go for Such Plots.
LDA venue 1 is Very good project now Most of the Problems Fixed Price also came abou 20% lower than last year, but I think It will not Grow in 3,4 ys time scale and there are few qabza issues. People make Juggi on your Land or start Nursery or Building Material Business and each time you come to them they will say we will go when You will Build, they watch the weakness of the party. Overseas gentleman is best for them, they exploit you. 2 examples of My close friends, Both in LDA area in one Plot Gujjar made Juggi, in other Building Material business set up, Both of My friends had very well connected Political Back ground, they could vacate them but had to make Houses on plots, Now they are thinking what to do with these houses.
