Sell it when easily possible. No need to be in hurry you will find a buyer here. Dont hold for long term.

Oh, thank you so much for such a quick reply, I forget to mentioned one thing that I am not an investor, I took it to construct a house. Even then do you recommend to sell it? only drawback seen is that it is near the village of Youhanabad. How DHA will treat with village in furture? please comment.

Not too ideal location to keep but I wont call it worst location. Switch to better location if you can add some money.
