You can buy sell DHA Multan in Lahore from us. Most dealers in Lahore dont even know its files are available or its price here in Lahore. Its still hidden from market. Trying my best to educate on this great opportunity to buy before every one knows about it. Only Lahore Estate is buying selling in it actively. Other look for easy money in Lahore deals. How you could get convinced (assured) that balloting may take place within 2 to 3 years. And also, how it's rated / weighted / looked at among the people of Multan itself.

can anyone suggest what is the right time to by residential plot in Phase 9 after balloting for maximum gain. Buying a file at this moment at peak price sounds risky.

For long term n have money for development charges buy now if not buy later when invested leave n move on to next project...
