Its ok. All NEW allocation that are issued till April 30th will be included in ballot.

Means ALL old allocation transfers issued before april 30th will be in ballot.

All affidavit files intimation letter issued after april 30th MAY not be in ballot.

So all buyers make sure you buy ONLY allocation files. No affidavit files buying or making them allocation by paying urgent fees. And make sure allocation you buy is issued before April 30th. Some one can buy affidavit today and make it unguent allocation and than sell you for transferring before ballot wont make to to this ballot. That allocation will have to wait for months or years for next ballot.


Some people that are not visitors of this website may get into loss.

If you made any purchase DEMAND YOUR DEALER TO SHOW YOU PAPERS NOW FOR YOUR TOCKEN MONEY YOU PAID or you are at risk he may hand you over a newly issued allocation tomorrow that will be few lacs lower in price after this important news.


Since we dont know an allocation was issued against affidavit after April 3oth or against old allocation transfer MY STAFF and visitors must not buy an allocation that is issued AFTER April 30th even if some says its old allocation but re issued after April 30th due to transfer from old allocation.


Files available for sale may be reduced sharply in numbers due to this. Old allocation may or may not gain in price.


All new affidavits are not worth the price of 63 any more today after this news. They will be priced few lacs lower after this news.

Still confused. If I am buying an allocation file that was issued in 2012 to someone else. But will b reissued to me after 30th April, will it b included in ballot? I am going to buy a file that was allocated to someone else in 2012. It will be transfered to me tomorrow. Should I buy?

Yes Usman Shaib, You are safe. This is only for affidavits converted to allocation after 30th April.

in my humble opinion, sell your file, its price will be decreased as low as 13 to 14 lacs.. coz of development chagres.

Please be aware that development charges are always on TOP of your plot price so if the opening price is 25, the buyer will have to pay 25+7 and not 25 including development charges.

In every ballot to date. Last day before ballot issued allocation are in ballot unless they are on hold or blocked due to owners OTHER property problems with DHA

Usually what's the payment plan for development charges? can oversease pay on monthly / quarterly or yearly?

Bad locations 85 lacs ( Near or facing comm facing overhead tank near boundaries too or in too deap land etc.)
Worst locations like graveyard or village facing 75 lacs including development charges

Phase 9 bubble is going to burst after balloting. CMY has alarmed here.
Bad location 1K worth after balloting 85Lac - 20 Dev Ch = 65 Lacs.
Worst location 1K worth after balloting 75Lac - 20 Dev Ch = 55 Lacs.
Even if half of total 20,000-30,000 plots will come into market for sale, market will fall down very sharply.
Then Bad location 1K worth would fall to 55 Lacs and similarly worst location 1K worth would fall to 45-50 Lacs.
Mark these figures.
Why DHA Multan+Gujranwala 1 K file rates are 27-30 Lacs ? Samjh jao ab.
Phase 9 nay MAAR DALA.

When transfer a file after NDC clearance its ballot ready. You will bein bballot automatically
Allocation address name data changes on same day in computer when you had its transfer. Nk mater when you get paper allocation from DHA office

Atif bhai today If DHA9 held its groung. DHA 5 will recover loss in next 24 hours and may look for 27 lacs again.


If DHA 9 kanal start to loose after many many strong days DHA 9 kanal can go back to 60 before ballot. And DHA9 5 marla may see 24 lacs by tomorrow afternoon wher Its should hold its ground till ballot.

Today is critical day. Sharp rise or sharp fall in next 24 hours. From today afternoon till tomorrow after noon.

Lets see. What happens in market today.

as there is little bit tough situation about files, the good news is also there, files which are going to be held in the ballot will get more return due to non confirmation after 30th April files.
balloted 5 marla will be more in demand as small plot always and progress work will more sharp

All Ballet ready conformation sent pending email answers
I cant believe today I waa able to clear all backlog of all ballot check emails and answered all pending email from all friends. All friends that filled a ballot ready check request form till May 3, 2015 should have gotton an email from me.

If you have not received ballot ready confirmation email form Lahore Estate or me or didnt get a pending email answer from me please let me know. I must have sent your email to wrong address or I may have deleted it by mistake or lost your email in some wring folders of my email account.

My apology for all friends who had to wait for my answer to their emails. Few friends gave me 3 week time and kept wait with patience till today. I highly appropriate you patience and understanding the situation.

Khan bhai market trad able rates are not available till 11.30Am to 12Pm.

If any one gives a rate before that he is just play with thin air and offers may not stand.

65 lakh rupees for 1k file only and on top of that you have to pay 19 lakh dev charges. The full price 84 lakh for a file. I see a bubble. :)

No other low prices option left in DHA proper.

Ballot may not be in months and more likely 1 to 2 year. Location may come in months time.
