From today no need to enter CNIC in this>>> Ballot ready <<<< check form.

This form must used if you want ballot results to be emailed to wany a SMS of plot no. Only Name file number will be enough. No CNIC needed.

In past ballots DHA used CNIC to display ballot results BUT with that format you could actualy see why one person had 5 plots in a same 150 road in DHA7 or you could easily figure out why W block had 95% military owners and 95% NICOP owner had DHA8 S block given to them in computerized ballots

So now MOST LIKELY CNIC numbers wont be used for displaying allotted plot number. DHA will display only FIlE NUMBERS and allotted plots number. May be you dont need CNIC numbers.


Most recent ballot in DHA8 Z was fair than all past ballots even when only file number and plot numbers were matched and results given. I have enough data to say it was a fair ballot to most of file holders.


Now me and my full team praying daily and hoping it's fair ballot for each and every files holder Just like DHA Ivy Green b allot.

What is difference between noc and ndc ? functionality and methology to apply ? i still not get email are you done with your record ?

NDC cleared means your file was checked by land branch legal branch finance branch and transfer branch for any issues or pastdue amounts fines etc and is now ready for transfer.


NOC is needed for some
files or plots. Military property owner must obtain NOC from GHQ for some files or plots


Blocked allocation files mean the land owner who had an allocation file may or may not be aware his file is on hold because some of his other proper and some legal or financial issues. If DHA has issue with any land deal of same owner it may put hold or easy word get all or part his files or properties blocked until that owner solves the issues with DHA.
For example one land owner had 35 plots in DHA7 allotted to him but that guy had court case against DHA for land he owned at that time ian upper part of DHA7. DHA held all his plot transfers until 2 kanal land in DHA 7 was given to DHA.

After you decide to sell sooner you apply better it will be. A NDC already filed file used to get better price than a non NDC filed in cases where buyer was short on time and wanted a transfer in hurry same or next day.

DHA takes upto 5 day or even more if too much workload for DHA staff to clear NDC and If one want a transfer before NDC is cleared. He must pay Rs 22000 to have NDC rushed up and cleared on same or next day transfers. A buyer or seller some time bare this cost depending on who want to get it done in hurry. A seller may want to invest some where else in hurry from proceeds so he may want to have fast track transfer and NDC clearance.


Once a NDC is applied its valid for 30 days after clearance. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO MUST SELL property if you decide not to sell and hold it.

If any one plan to sell in next 30 days its going to help you tremendously to
files NDC as it will show a buyer you are not just having fun but ready to sell property . Buyer normally increase their offers after seeing NDC filling as that is also a proof of true ownership. If your plot was changed like in DHA7 when you apply NDC its show up on NDC filing receipt.

Today I sold my phase 9 (5) Marla file @ 25.25 that was a good descion or bad ? because you told us that coming Friday would be the last day for sale and purchase of files and to apply ndc asap. Now you are saying that we have still 9 days to bargain or sale and purchase. How can anybody sale or purchase in last couple of days ?

Kindly guide us properly when and what will be the last day or date to take any kind of decision of buying and selling.

Lahore Ring Road - Southern Loop Design

Dear Mr CMY / LRE Team / Forum Readers
Many people on this forum asked for LRR SL info. Here is bit of that info. Possible interchanges on LRR SL are drawn as attached.This one is on Multan Road, near Berger Paint Factory. Design is dated back in 2012.

Dear OVC friend can you share the source, I can understand that these are authentic images and not art work, as the images match 28/5/2011 NASA satellite images,
But big question arise here
1. It will significantly affect NFC A Block, the only option is to run over the Road between A and B block. another small society also developed on the other side of Multan Road.

2. Now there is well developed Eden Housing at Hadira Drain with many Houses what will happen to that?

Adda plot interchange are will be lest affected ad Fazia have provision for that.
More late will they do Most Cost will be there for Land Acquiring I can Understand why NFC2 people are sitting and they are doing no development in the Society.
