In Shaa Allah i would certainely like to meet you when you visit pakistan. Plz don't forget to metioned regarding your visit to pakistan. I would like to ask you what would you suggest a holding time period for DHA MULTAN file if I buy it today as you suggest it for good short term investment?
when did its ballot expected in your opnion as i have very short buget? AS i have set a side this amount for kids education.

No. it is underpriced due to Investor attension problem, You will not get Good Price Now wait for some constuction activity. In Good time you can sell it and can buy best loction in DHA 9, when Investor attension will Flip.
Buying a file today will give you only a faint chance to win Plot in phase 9 in Good location.

You have a few years. But even if you dont pay, there's no big harm.

I think First Intalment will be due till end of June or even end of july because intimation letters will take time.
But at the same time till inimation letters are issued there is will not be good buying and selling.

still that is good idea, Though prices came down a bit, if prices go further down then Hold But It also depends at what price you bought, If you wait for ballot then Better sell it after 12 Months or so when low priced plots will be absorbed, but may be at that time M Block will be expensive,
M Block is best located as Compared to DHA 9, It does Not have access issue. travelling 2 Km to interchange is Not issue Travelling 7,8 KM for Interchange will be an issue.

My question is regarding DHA Multan and Gujranwala.

Are foriegn Pakistanis purchase property in these 2 projects on their name, where they can't able to visit Pakistan.

However their relative may present on their behalf in Lahore/Multan or Gujranwala.

Yes you can buy it with traveling to Pakistan as long as you have CNIC NICOP POC

All frineds I am too busy right now in sending back ballot check email. 100s emails sent today but still 100s friends left. I am done till April 30th entries. I will not be able to post here till i am done with updating all my expat friends. On page you got 100s friends to help each but they are looking for my help in ballot check and waiting too long for my input. So please forgive me for 1 day absence today and let me finish 1st as time is running out if any correction address changes etc are need. Please assist each other. You all know every thing now that I know. So be kind to all who need to learn.

Will try y best to recheck page again every couple of hours. Only thing you may have to know is 1st day DHA opened after ballot announcement and saw more sellers than buyers at end of day. I will update and explain you why. Right now buyers 38% sellers 62%.

YESTERDAY was a historic day in DHA.

Due to panic, since very long people were waiting for the ballot as of now date is confirmed, people are confused at this stage where they should not be. If this situation people gets confuse then why they always wait for the ballot news. Whatever has been written in ur destiny u must get that. So it makes not any sense for u if u stay here or move somewhere else in confusion. The most important rule in it for the dealers who want to make money on transfer. As I feel about Myself this is the real time to stay confirmed, if ur destiny is strong now a days u must get well profit here. This is the same phase 9 where a lots of people have made good profit and same some of them lost big amount and time. First believe in Allah Grace second in u then others because u r the only one for u lost and profit. May Allah bless all of us
