nfc is getting boost after lrr southern loop but one thing kept in mind that in 5 years no development yet now. as compared to nfc 2 behria sector f and other all socities i think sui gas and fazaia 2 will be best in near future

Firstly; hope you are having good health by the grace of Allah "InShaaAllah"

I purchased one file for kanal Phase-9 & 1 DHA gujranwala VIA Lahore RealEstate (LRE from Ch.Saeed and Mr. Hassan Raza) last year and received intimation letters. As balloting is due on 15May, 2015 for Phase 9 but currently I'm not in Pakistan due to job. therefore your valuable advise please is my file will be included in the ballot or not.
Moreover; what is future of DHA Gujranwala, secondly; what will be next move for investment purpose?

DHA Gujranwala have purchased lot of land but still their speed is slow. Nothing to worry about as they will catch up soon.

fazaia phase 2 is best option for short term investment. best development work and good location in a very beautifull area. The society is constructed in very fast speed. day and night work is going on. 5 kilometers away from two interchanges of ring road adda plot and nfc2. In front of greatest industrial estate sundar road and on beauty full road of lahore jati umra. I think it will be best society in near future

Aoa.cmy bhai hope u r ok .this is my first post.i need ur advice about phase 9 .iam a overseas Pakistani live in uk.i have 2 phase 8 z block file.and three kanal file for phase 9.now I know balloting is near.but dealers r phoning me and ask me 2 sale them.i need ur advice about that. :h

Ali shah bhai there is huge demand for DHA phase 9
files. Dealers are unable to find any files. They are getting your phone number from links or bribing DHA staff to get your private info and desperately calling you to sell these files so they can make some money from buyers and you.

If you dont have to sell DHA9 property for next 6 to 12 month for money. Dont sell it now. if any chance you may have to sell it before this time you will have best chance to sell your files now.

Couple of weeks before I gave these estimates for DHA Lahore phase 9 after ballot. Many at that time may be thinking they were too high and unrealistic values. But you can do calculation now and see if its worth for you to keep your files or sell them.

32 for bad locations to 42 lacs f for facing park corners and large roads for a 5 marla

48 for bad locations to to 65 Lacs for facing park corners and large roads. for 10 malra

75 Lacs for bad locations to 100 Lacs for facing park corners and large roads.

Prices are these prices without development charges ? and what are the expected development charges going to be.


In my opinin you should not sell a file to any dishonest person who trying to reach your by bribing DHA staff for you phone number. I gaurente you hi will never give you an honest price or deal.

If it was me I wont sell my price even if someone like these crook call me and offer 1 lac more than market price. I will actual call DHA Lahore office and file a written report against theft of your personal info. These type of people can get you in trouble by black mailing you with fake filing of court cases too. You agree of they threaten you to court case saying you locked the deal at this and that file or plot.These people have no ethics. They work even in large estate but still be reported to DHA Lahore office. If you have not given your

membership fee

Dear all
Anybody can tell that paying of membership fee of allocation of phase 9 is mandatory to entitle for balloting or our allocation file will be enter in balloting even without membership fee.
If yes then for how long we can delay to pay this membership fee.

Any positive thing in buying 1 kanal plot in state life phase 2 for 2,3 years...will it be a good option...??? Or should i continue with 5 marla plot of dha pH 9.
Will state life 2 become liveable after all the development around it .....in next 3,4 years. . ?
