what is the process to report a change of address from outside of Pakistan? can some one please give me DHA's email address, I can't find one on their website.

AOA CMY sb,
AOA, I have a 1 Kanal file(Allocation of plot letter) for DHA phase 9. Happy to learn from my friend for balloting on May 15. DHA has my old address of Pakistan. What is the best way to send them my latest address so they could inform me about ballot result. Tried phone call and also email but was unable to each DHA. Please advise.

If LRR passes through Rafi block Bahria Town as shown in the map at LRE then will there be an underpass or overhead bridge to connect sector E and F to Sector C, sector B and sector D? I hope some knowledgeable person explain it in detail. Also what about investment in Sector E in current situation when LRR is still not finalized?

Should we proceed to invest or we should wait for LRR route finalization?

It is suggested to hold on purchase for couple of months until NEW LRR map is out. There are some changes to cut costs

First of all many warm wishes to all the file holders of Phase 9.As it is said Slow anf steady wins the race.I want to ask Mr.CMY that commercial files for 4 & 8 marla are going to be included in balloting on 15 Maybor not
And secondly give your expert opinion that now one should buy a 4 marla commercial file or 1 kanal residential files pls do reply

Imran Imtiaz yes all 4 and 8 marla commercial files will be in ballot. If budget allows ONLY buy commercial first.

But how there are still files available for DHA 8 commercial ?
where is the location of this commercial area files? is it in same commercial Broadway of phase 8 or somewhere else?

Any one and every one can request a free ballot ready check and ballot results request. Regardless of where you purchased you file.

After purchase of their plot or files we update our clients via world wide SMS and emails about their holdings current prices and send them alerts of important events like ballots or installments booking info etc.

So you can fill this form to be on our list to get this ballot check than to get ballot results and after that to get free email or worldwide SMS for price updated and important alerts.

My apology to all those who are not getting worldwide SMS prices updates these days. In US I am allowed to send only 150 SMS per hour due to spamming laws enforcement here so my SIMs get blocked too often. My list of clients is in 1000s. So if I send 150 SMS per hour it outdated info by the time you get SMS out of Pakistan. In Pakistan I am able to send price updates SMS to all 37000 people in Pakistan every week but In US its not possible for me to have more than 5 active accounts in my name that may help speed up SMS services. So I am temp sending emails only until I find a economical SMS sender.

Want to know if its worth to keep files for another 1-2 years or wise to get the profit and invest somewhere else( again yout advise is needed on next investment target)

Lahore Ring Road will move each and every project near Southern loop in future 2 years time.

Even past badly developed dead schemes will wake up after work starts on Lahore Ring Road southern loop.
