I have paid transfer fee for an affidavit file of phase 9 about a month ago. I have still not heard from DHA. Will it be included in ballot. Whom I can contact in DHA to get its accurate status. CMY, Jamil, Adil sb please guide..

Your intimation letter should have been ready im 1 week. If you don't have it yet. There could be problem. You must have received intimation. Visit DHA and ask them to give you intimation. Call your dealer right away.

No sir you should not have any issues after receiving intimation letter. After you get intimation letter headache starts for DHA and not you as they got the possession of land. If there was any legal trouble DHA will never issue you intimation letter after affidavit transfers until problem is solved. Since you got your intimation you should be all right.

DHA Lahore phase 5 M block will be a lot better choice. Lots of development work on going there. After possession it will be populated in months just like DHA5 L block.


You should move here. Its a good strategy. Hassan Raza is the best person at Lahore Real Estate to sell your plots at best price in DHA 7 and than buy a good location in DHA 5 M block. You can reach Hassan Raza at Hassan +923028449766


I wish and pray every thing works out the way you are thinking. Its making a lot of sense to me as DHA6 is already at peak and this P block gains are very dependent on DHA6 future rise. DHA6 DHA7 P block will gain further but DHA5 M block gain will be a lot higher.


Renting a house will also reward more in M block too in my opinion.
