Hi CMY or all Experts

Please help me decide between following :

I have 3 Million to Invest for good return on investment:

1: 5 Marla Plot in DHA 8 Ivy Green
Or

2: 1 Kanal file in DHA Multan?

Both seems to fit in my budget at present please help?


All other DHA suggestions are highly welcomed please please help.

Both are great options. Likely to double in less than two years.

80%+ land acquisition already made for
DHA Multan.
Ivy Green will be great after the recent Lahore-Sialkot highway announcement.

Can CMY/LRE or some other property expert provide prices of 5 and 10 marla houses in Divine Gardens that are being sold right now in various blocks? or the home owners who have received any offers to sell.

Investment on raiwing road

Dears, while considering LRR SL, orange line metro, raiwing road widening, what is the investment right now on raiwind road with budget of 45Lac, for 3 to 5 years.

Sui gas phase 2 ... you can get 1 kanal in this budget on very good
location and it will double the investment in a year time.

Fazaia ... you will get 10 marla plot that will also boost after LRR.

I agree. It will take 3-5 years to get fruit of investment done in these societies. Its not a short term investment. their growth depends on how quickly Lda Avenue, Dha Rahbar , Khataban e amin get populated first. We overseas people sometimes wrongly perceive the actual ground reality.

Dear Ahsan I agree to you point but people who are buying here are having interest in this area like Shoukat Khanum and Wapda etc
2nd due to current under priced situation after LRR potential is much more than 30%, even when widened Raiwind road is Opened You will see 50 Lac plot will be min 65 just in months ie 30%. And after LRR and Bit of population I think lower end Price of Kanal which is today 50 will reach 90 and Good
location will cross Cror, reason is DHA Rahber is Holding at 1 Cror even with No Population and and it is just 1.5 Km, 2 Km away Valencia is leaping upto 120 to 140 for average to good Location. You will have to spend at least one day to understand this area well.
Suigas 2 is also very good option in that are as it is very close to new blocks of Bahria

Dear Fellow LRE members,

I have one Kanal plot at sector B of Government officers Cooperative Housing Society at Raiwand Road Lahore. Sector B is at road that leads to Ijtimah area and sunder industrial estate. It shares boundary with Orchard.

I was quoted price from one dealer last month as 2 Million, need your valuable opinion of likelihood of appreciation in near future so I can make decision of holding or selling it.

If budget is not an issue then go for Sui Gas2 or NFC2 in 30 to 35 Lac, Go for well known societies growth, population and resale will be better.

Salam,

Can you please advise what is the potential of growth for Karachi Bahria Town in the next 3 - 4 years? is it going to be a good investment or is there something better to get in Lahore? I am planning to get the 500 sq yards (1 kanal) one there.

I have a budget of around 25 lac (down payment) and then can pay installment over the next few years.

Will appreciate your honest feedback.

Sorry, I think I wasn't clear in my first post. I mean to ask what is the potential of growth for Karachi Bahria Town. I'm concerned of the security issue there. Otherwise the project looks great.

If Karachi is not good to invest then what would be the next best option , in Lahore for example.
