Request via written application to DHA for a your plot relocation. You will get surprised with getting a better location plot in swap. No harm in asking. If a wheel dont squeakes it dont gets any oil. Am I right?

Put up a web-site and facebook page for ladies dresses and accessories with delivery options (cash on delivery). this could be quite a good business and can be started with little capital since you dont need to rent a shop and hire staff. you can keep the items at your home and sell via web-site..
You can take orders from abroad with local delivery options and ppl can pay you via western union as well.

you can take advance payment via western union for local orders as well before executing but this may not work as this could lead to frauds and people dont trust in paying advance.

Anam sahaba first of all u mention how much money uou would like to invest. If you have a handsom amiint then u can invest in property bisiness. If you have little amount to invest then u can invest in stock exchage. Simply open an account in stock exchange through any reasonable trading company or bank. They provide you software u install it on pc, laptop and even on smart fone. So u can start trading of share by ownself. Eventhough there is some risk involve in this business but it also can give u good return.

Hello Anam, If you have budget then go for investment in land.
Otherwise stock or Defense saving certificate, mutual funds etc.

AS sahab if you want to start trading in karachi stock exchange then kasb provides you online trading facility or if you want to start trading in lahore stock exchange then MND investment is good for online trading.

Dear LRE Team,
Is it possible if LRE team or any one else can up-date on development work in phase 8 such as when DHA has plan to complete or percentage of completion so far.
in my understanding, while awarding any job or project, there must be a starting and finishing date. may be the construction company can be help full to provide tentative completion date.
secondly, if someone can share some recent photos.

Usually it is Not possible to give date of Completion of development work, reason is simple that it is slow process to gain land from many owners, there are pokets, if you survey DHA 8, there are many pockets and intruppted roads, this process is slow, That is main reason for most projects to be late.
Even today you can see pockets in DHA 6 which was balloted in 2002, But as compared to 2004 they are 90% Clear.

Habib, I don't think this is the only reason.
As per my understanding, their projection and estimation is always wrong or may be they don't want to declare transparently.
See how millions Dollars have been invested by Pakistanis in DHA Land but still DHA is not very open, transparent and committed to announce fixed or correct date.
This is dilemma..

Just thought came in my mind since many sectors of bahria are not in approved list by lda is it safe to invest in bahria and is it safe from land mafia?

No, it depends where and when you invest,
Even if you dont meet fraud your invetsment can get stuck in time scale or can depriciate. That is the reson people intelligently invest and seek the advice from CMY and other experiened person.

Profit risks are two types.
1): No profit - risk
2): Less profit - risk.

1) No profit risk means ur investment is dead and not growing.
So be careful while investing, normally there is negligible chance for no profit risk in DHA in country's normal political and financial situations.

2):Less profit risk means your investment is growing slowly.
you have to find out which sector/phase have more potential to grow in shorter time.

2: 1 Kanal file in DHA Multan?

Both seems to fit in my budget at present please help?
