i quoted the exact numbers of my plots...
yes M2A and M3A very few lines comes under LRR (may be one line) and that is actually marked there at site...

M2A and M3A is still not in the market... majority of property there is pledged up with banks...

Like i bought my plot from faysal bank.

@ Shoiab, I could not understand You Bought M2 that is not Bank Investment How Faisyal Bank involved, that is clear possession area. May be it was Bank's investment.
For access from M2 side, I Guess you get only Under pass to to goto Khiabane Ameen then Valencia Not service road Climbing at that point [This you are talking of Mini interchange It depends how much is height of LRR at that point.].

@ Mansoor I hope not as they have good provision for LRR and that society was informed forehand that LRR will pass through it, Due to Budget Cut LRR is making interchanges even smaller and less Lavish, But Adda plot interchange may marginally affect it.

I am also a holder of dha phase 9 files. In my view this forum has been a bit too optimistic about the prospects of dha 9.

For 1K 60 lac is realistic pre ballot price. The market speculation can add or subtract 1-2 lac.

Is it not the practice that first map got approved and on the basis of that map Bidding process happen?
The map remains same the Govt give to all contractor taking part in Bidding of LRR southern part.

its the same old map which got circulated in 2012. till the source is not verified or CMY/ LRE endorses it, plz dont make any ivestment decisions based on this only

@ Lahori Guy...blue line means the embankments... as most probably LRR will be slighlty raised from rest of field... so there would be an sloped embankment on both sides...

Sector E of Bahria Town will be effected. None of NFC2 commercial plots on main entrance will be effected. Ring road interchange size on Multan road is reduced to protect commercial plots to reduce land take over costs.

Ring Road Impact on NFC2 AND BAHRIA
Can anyone throw light on NFC2 as there are reumors that its main 150 feet road and commercial will badly be affected.As I were deciding in making in deal in NFC but after this news I have stopped till the final map of Ring road.

Mirza saab,if you have some authentic report then please you can say that it will not effact NFC2 but its indicating that it will effect the NFC 2 COMMERCIAL and A && B block.No doubt NFC is a Heaven for investment but we have to wait till final map.Its better to purchase plot 1 to 2 lac at above price then to sink your investment.
