ZM sahib DHA Lahore phase 5 M block development is in full swing to hand it you in 12 to 18 months.

Almost 30% new land is given to DHA by land owners here and most pockets cleared so even that land is being developed. Added to delay in development of this block.

Some files do come for sale but mostly land owner dont sell and have DHA allot them a plot after allocation are made. This is part of deal most of the time to get pockets cleared.

1. Does anyone know in which block the DHA homes are located? I can see quite a few of them in google maps.

2. Any idea which blocks DHA has possession for?

3. Also what is the outlook for DHA Phase 2 Ext 1-kanal files?

4. Is Malik Riaz going to cough up some support for DHA valley, as this is his doing partially?

I have heard that Army is trying to bring back life in DHA Valley by working with Malik Riaz. Can anybody else has any news on this.

I think they have 100% land in possession for 3 blocks. 1 of them is Oleander. Army is apparently trying.. Not sure.
