DHA Multan/Gujrawala files
Is it possible to buying dha multan/dha gujrawala files in lahore DHA office rather than go to Multan or Gujrawala.

Only draw back is buyer seller must go to Multan and Gujranwala for transfers. This is main reason dealers and clients stay away from these.

DHA Phase 7

Construction of Houses has been started in many phases of DHA phase 7.
After the start of construction of houses in Q,R,S,T block now. Construction of Plot has been started in U-Block of Phase 7 also.
within few weeks construction of house will be started in block w.

investment in Phase 7 will be highly profitable.
within 6 months so many owners will start construction of their plot.

Sorry Nadeem sb, I dont think house construction is going on in different blocks of Phase-7 except R-block. May be, my info is not corrent.

DHA 7 will InshaAllah gain good value. Only avoid plots near drain in Y Block. Should avoid entire Y block if investment only becuase entire Y gets beaton due to few close to drain plots. If want to make a house in 3 to 5 years go for good
location within Y block in DHA7. This will work great for people who wanna live in one kanal in DHA hut have very low budget for plot.

Once again warning you great if want to buold dream house in DHA7 on low budget. Worst in DHA to hold or buy as investment purpos.

Do others agree wwith my point here.

humayun sattar sahib same strategy must be used for DHA7 Z block plots near nala. If its for house construction buy a one kanal plot in Y or Z block of DHA 7 in very low budget away from village & nearby Nala. If you are holding a plot in Y or Z block for investment gains only you are fooling yourself only. You will be still a big looser in next decade just like you are a loser for past decade for not listening and moving on. Better move your money where gain will be many times better and you are still in
DHA Lahore proper.

Prices of plots near Nala are keeping prices lower of all plots of DHA 7 Y and Z block. In market only very very bad location in dozens are available for many many years ( It takes 1.5 to 2 crore to build a 1 kanal house now so people pay little extra money for other blocks plots). No one wants them all Nala facing or near Nala plots so prices still low and fail to rise sharply.

Every wrongfully thinks all plots should have low prices in Y or Z due to nala. I think only plots near nala are bad but rest of Y Z is still a great place to live and should have higher prices but people dont buy it.

It is frequently asked question which is under priced area, To me it is best time to buy a 10 Merla plot here in 50, 52 Lac with development Charges. The Price of similar plot in phase 6 is 2 to 3 time high.
As Post Ballot Phenomenon the plots are for sale in Market by Investor, the moment these are absorbed, The Price will be high.

Suggestion for web improvement

Dear CMY/ Adil,
I have noticed people posting here essays and huge paragraphs. It shall really be a great improvement if you limit the number of words for each post e.g. 1000 letters (or 150 words) will be more than enough to post a pinned point question or reply.

If you know by any chance, what sector or block in BTL will be effected by LRR. and on ground plots in sector F safe or will be efeected as well.
There were rumours in the market earlier that LRR will effect golf view residencia and certain areas in Rafi block in E sector. I will be very grateful if you put some light on it. So many people will be benefitted as they have investment there. Allah will give you ajar.

Dear Imran you are right present alignment of ring road is passing through sector E Bahria town and interchange is affecting some parts of A and D blocks of NFC 2.

I am highly concerned about the commercial plots at NFC 2 which may be effected due to the interchange connecting Multan Road. Would you please be kind enough to shed some light at this area as well. It is not sure whether the interchange will wipe off partially, completely or not at all the commercial plots of NFC 2.

Last I heard in NFC Lahore phase 2 commercial plots were barley missed by Lahore ring road Multan road interchange. Last survey
team didnt mark any area of commercial plots for interchange. Hopefully its now out of danger. only very few plots were at risk and its almost certain no commercial will be affected any more in new alignment. Interchange size was reduced to almost half to cut cost and that made it possible to spare few NFC2 commercial that had any risk IF ANY.
