I am always there on this page and learning from your wisdom and knowledge on real estate.
After reading your comments and writings, I do not find any reason to write. To make my point my clear MERAY ALFAZ AAP KI TEHRIROON Ki WAJAH SEY PHEEKAY PAR GAEY HAIN.
When I started writing on Bahria Town and surrounding areas in early 2005, there was no information available online on the subject. Now things are changed on positive side.
Dear Jameel, I don't see any problem in Bahria Town and its living standard. We shifted here in 2006 when only few families were residing there. We are enjoying our stay here and never thought for a single moment to move from here. I, along with my family, stayed in the UK and Europe in (believe me) but the quality of life, cleanliness, facilities and kids education etc were not better over there than Safari Villas. In short, I am more than satisfied with my decision to have a house in Safari Villas.
As we have always discussed, a new investor (or one has sufficient funds) should only invest in on ground and physically existing plots. Things were clear about Sector F, Green Valley / Bahria Greens, Golf View Residencia at the time of launch of these projects and I wrote about these projects in detail. One can search with my name on this page or by googling.
My information about Bahria Town Karachi projects is very limited so could not say much about it.
In short, physically existing plots and houses of Bahria Town Lahore have gained a lot during last couple of years. The price and rental value of commercial is dropped (as it was too much over) but houses are going pretty well. Bahria Town Lahore seems over populated now. Bahria Town School Lahore has to open 4 campuses within last three years and all these are over crowded even though Beaconhouse School System is opened last year. Lahore Grammar School will also be opening its branch in near future. Commercial area is almost fully operational. Every second day we hear about the opening of new outlet of some brand. I am simply amazed to see the growth of Bahria Town Lahore.
I know that Bahria Town Lahore has played a lot games and many of our friends has suffered a lot. As CMY explained, we need to be careful when investing in some project on installment. Shifting of plots from Sector C to Bahria Orchard was a very disturbing decision for hundreds of Bahria members. After that the issue of Civic center also created a problem. There are so many issue of Bahria Town which could not be justified by any means.
It would not be out of context if I express my feeling and emotion of gratitude about Lahore Real Estate and its management. I have benefited (and am benefiting) from this page and Lahore Real Estate Office. Brother Abid Yasin, Adil Saeed and CMY are my MOHSINEEN.
