Just to Light the Mood in the day I am sharing,
I got an Email I am posting here [there is a bit exaggeration and details removed]

Dear Jameel Sahib,
I could not make correct investment decision in my Life,
I Bought a DHA 8 File in 30 Lac in 2 years it reached 80 Lac, I should have sold it immediately. In 2004 I Could have parked my money in NSS for 3 years to make it 120 Lac, In 2007 I think I did a big mistake not to buy Bahria sector C commercials in 30 lac each I should have bought 4 Of them. At peak price in 2013, I should have sold them and Bought 20 plots in DHA 6, Now I would be owning 20 to 24 Plots in DHA phase 6, the worth of 40 Cror. But I am now owning only One Plot is phase 8, worth 1.4 Cror, Am I not ruined.

What to reply to such people

at least u have 1.4 crore use it wise now , come ou2 of past everyone have similar type of chances .

Of course he is absolutely RUINED ethically, morally, and even physically now to have no peace because of so much greed & lust for the money, and having no thanks for the One who created this person and given him so much instead.

To me it is Fuuny, but honestly many think similarly if not exactly same way, they want investment should gain few Lacs if not every day every week.

Dear Jameel Sb.
Though one should not look at his mistake but we should believe in Allah in all such affairs. May be there were some bad things for you and your family that Allah kept you away from such wealth. You never know. Rizq is written by Allah in our destiny. Looking higher in worldly affairs will always keep you dissatisfied. So pray to Allah for Barakat in

what you have. Also do istikhara yourself before making any decision. Salam

Alhamdulillah & MashaAllah, My family owns 2 plots of 2 kanal each in ph.7 X.

Could all brothers and sisters including Mr.CMY with their expertive views explain what should be done;
sell to change phase, or
wait till development is completed, and
which time phrase?

DHA Multan Balloting

Dear All,

I have one question, people here have discussed DHA Multan at length (Maroof Sb has recently written a detailed and useful opinion, Bro CMY from time to time has spoken about it) and have mostly said that balloting will be 2-3 years down the line. However if you see the website of DHA Multan and see the "FAQs" section, you will see as answer to the last question that they have said that ballot will be in first half 2015. Now that seems very near, but what my question is that would it not be very unaccurate if they did the ballot 2-3 years after the date DHA itself has published on their website. I would like to think that they might delay it by six months to a year but 2-3 years? Is this correct or just wishful thinking on my part and any black and white statement on DHA's website cannot be trusted?

I might be missing something here....please clarify.

Where did you read I said 2 to 4 years. I need link to make correction. I always saud ballot can be announced ballot any day of this year.

So the
files whose rates are published here, belong to phase 1 then? Which will mean that those files will become plot this year itself, this appears to be very promising investment (hopefully)

Yes they are for phase 1 that will be balloted this year. Not in weeks but in months. Some where in 2015

dear cmy sahib, I am in process of buying multan file but it is affidavit file and if balloting is during this year when we can transfer it to allocation file as I believe that affidavit
files w not be included in balloting. I can not visit again to pakistan for this purpose, 2ndly I have already sent token money to ur office for subject file and wants to send remaining amount through my father so he can prepare pay order on file seller name but bank there is saying they can not clear it before 2 weeks as it is a big amount and they don't have cash in that small branch, but I have to pay with in week, and also there are chances they w deduct some tax and other charges etc, pls guide bkz I can not transfer it directly to file seller name with out completeion of formalities, pls guide for quick transfer and affidavit issue thanks

Malik Amjad two days after transfer of affidavit without paying extra money you can receive your intimation letter.


All intimation become allocation automatically in two days in Multan. Once its allocation Its ready for ballot of phase1.

All visitors NEVER Ever make a deal in file or plot if your funds are not ready for bank purchase order in Pakistan. If funds are delayed we are at great risk to loose token money.

Please call the LRE
team member so he can try his best to buy more time for you.

I have made quite a few wrong and some right investments in the past as proper guidance was not available. I have been following your page for some time and believe that I can get sincere advice from CMY. Could you please advise me how to move to maximize gains in coming 2-3 years.
One plot in Statelife-II, near BB-98 – 1 kanal (I have been waiting for it to improve since last 10 year.) Is there a chance that it will be acquired by DHA? Shall I keep it or sell it and invest somewhere else? If you recommend selling, what is the selling price and where can this money be invested? And what is the expected outcome?)
One plot in Bahria Town Rawalpindi Phase-8, near F-III-1221(What is the best time to sell it and invest somewhere else, and where to invest? What would be expected result?)
One plot in DHA Town Lahore, near A 1120, 5 marla (what is the best time to sell it and where to invest the money)
One file 5 marla, DHA-9 (what is the best time to sell it and where to invest the money)

Ivy Green And DHA9 Transfers After Ballot

Some plots of one Kanal transferred in Ivy Green.

Buyer have to pay full amount of development charges of Rs 18 lacs was paid for 1 Kanal.

10 Marla and 5 marla development charges not clear. Only canal vouchers issued. Heard 10 marla dev charges 9 And 5 malrla 4.5 lacs but not 100% sure.Kanal is now 100% at 18 lacs dev charges

All Ivy Green and DHA9 intimation letters will be issued after 4 to 5 months. Before that all transfers will be allowed on allocation letter but with development charges.


Until today all transfers only after full payment od dev charges but very likely the will be transferred with 1st installment payments

At time of transfer, buyer will have to pay 18 lac at once(one time)? Or these 18 lac will b payable within 3 years installments? Please elaborate

Kindly shed some light on 9 Town. Do you think it will be better to hold plots after Possession or sell them week before possession and move some where else. I have 3 plots in 9 Town ( B block )on back of Main. Kindly advise and where do you suggest to move after selling them. Thanks.

With ur great experience what would your guess about his balloting and development start. 2. Whether development start first or balloting 3. Asif sahib DHA Town balloting will be Insha Allah with DHA9 Prism. Developments will be started as same time but possession will be given to 5 marla 1st in DHA town and DHA9 Prism.

I have given estimate already. DHA town under development plots will be same price as DHA9 Prism plots under development plots.
