Sorry for posting this again but due to the error with the site, my earlier post disappeared. Your valuable feedback is requested.

I am very seriously considering selling my one kanal plot in phase 6 (approx 165-175 lacs) and buying a 2 kanal plot in phase 7 which is for the same price more or less. A friend of mine has already relocated. The 2 kanal plots are beautifully developed and only 2 or 3 miniutes drive away from my current plot in phase 6. Value of 2 kanal plot in phase 6 is around 400 to 450 lacs.

I do not plan to construct my house before 5 years. Your comments and feedback are welcome.

Excellent idea! I know someone else who has done that recently. 2 Kanal plots all over DHA (1,2,3,4,5,6 and 8) are very very expensive (more than 2 times price of one kanal). If you want to construct after 5 years, phase 7 2 kanal plot will be more than 350 lacs!

Phase 7 plots particularly 2 kanal are very under priced. I visited 2 months ago and they are all a minute's drive away from the golf course. In 3-4 years, the plots will be worth double!

Salam,

Can any one give me an update about the price of plots in P&D phase 1 near EME.

Will the price of plots in society go up. Does it has potential of small or large gains.

Why the price of plots is almost half of EME?

Any advise will be highly appreciated.

Dear CMY yesterday i came to know that property exchange branch in dha main complex has issued some fresh phase 9 files against land previously was in litigation and now there is full land is in hand of phase 9. I was also told that All SET FOR BALLOT NOW. it means the news you gave to us about phase 9 ballot was 100 % TRUE. I shared this info. Honestly so that people who got panic could have a sign of relief. Rest Allah know the Best
P.S : CMY was absolutely right about phase 9 ballot just matter of week. Cheers.
