Dear CMY yesterday i came to know that property exchange branch in dha main complex has issued some fresh phase 9 files against land previously was in litigation and now there is full land is in hand of phase 9. I was also told that All SET FOR BALLOT NOW. it means the news you gave to us about phase 9 ballot was 100 % TRUE. I shared this info. Honestly so that people who got panic could have a sign of relief. Rest Allah know the Best
P.S : CMY was absolutely right about phase 9 ballot just matter of week. Cheers.

Hope fully posting errors are fixed now.

To avoid major headache from fellow dealers buyer and sellers we will stay away in future and will not be answering any questions about price guesses ballot time guessing or what is best time and price to buy or sell. i am an old silent observer of this site,today i am compelled to say something about those who are crying like any thing to sell off ph-9 files.After 11 yrs once this ph is going to mature and evidently it is going to give return, for vested interests some people are advocating to sell off ph-9 files,this is height of selfishness.Every body has the right to promote its interests but misguiding others is not justified.one can always differ but it is fact that ph-9 has max potential for returns within the perimeters of time and existing price, as compared to all other DHA phases.

In 99% cases the answer is yes If you have received your allocation letters. By filing the form a file can be rechecked If had a non LRE estate agent submitted your CVT form, AM form or membership fee etc.


Main purpose of above form is to provide ballot results to you asap as it takes few days for them to get posted online for larger ballots ( DHA posts printed ballot results lists in their offices for us to check and than we email SMS results to you asap ). After ballot we are flooded with 1000s of calls to provide results give results asap. Having all files checked and info on hand in peaceful manor will help us all.

Just one doubt, being living out side the country and hard earn money, is it safe to give my file detail and CNIC number to real state agency.
Pls. dont mind but every one is scared of situation in Pakistan, the way people do fraud knowing that over seas Pakistani can't leave their job and fight cases in Pakistani courts.

3 months ago with LRE services and my brother' help I have complete my DHA Phase 9 1-K file buying process without coming back to Pakistan

my question is do you guys will process my case for balloting automatically or i m not eligible for that.

Because My brother complete my deal on behalf of me and you LRE handover transfer letter and document to my brother and said when i will come back i will bring that letter to DHA and get original plot allocation file by myself.

Rehman UK bhai this info is posted on ballot results sheets and printed in newspapers too. DHA is completely fraud free. No one can ever use just this info to misuse it. At least we have not seen a single case of this kind of fraud since we have opened doors in 2004.

One must have solid trust to send LRE this info if you are not a Lahore Real Estate client. Your this personal info dont have any other valve for us at LRE. Goal is to help assist all visitors/people in a well organized fashion at ballot time. Your question was fair and no hard to ask it. Highly appreciated that you had courage to ask it, Thanks

Dear dil dil Pakistan we already have all this info for all our clients that ever purchased any property from us. Being always ready to provide them any help if ever needed is what dealers like you never do. We dont disappear after taking commission from our clients after transfer. We are there to help assist them update prices to them via SMS or emails and are always ready to provide their property paperwork at one call even after a decade the actual transfer was held.

This is difference between other estates and Lahore real Estate.

Shehzad bhai and Jameel bhai and all those who complain when some posts get blocked automatically I hope after seeing dil dil post or language why we keep blocking all posts and post them manually. Since 40% of this website traffic is women (Never post publicly but emails and deals prove that) I just cant allow this kind of nonsense here even if good people like Jameel or Shehzad posts gets blocked here and there.

This is a minor case we spend more time on checking AND manually re posting all posts daily than we spend in public deal making.

Now for my LRE team just updating fair accurate prices and giving trust able trade table current market worth/assessment prices of their plots is more fruitful for us at LahoreRealEstate.Com so we can spend some time earn bread for our families too.

Its not worth for us to keep sorting/looking for game playing abusive or unhappy jealous people posts. In past I was able to tolerate even worse crap than this but perhaps I am too old and get upset and angry and just cant digest it any more.

Mahmood bhai just send us file number that will be membership number. We will check it. Even if you never collected allocation letter It will be ballot ready. Since than we had no CVT etc you should be fine.

Website Improvements

Dear CMY/ Adil Saeed,
This website can become a huge common portal of real estate in Pakistan (just like a small facebook) if:
1- Users are advised to make an account and use that account only for posting (to avoid changing of names frequently).
2- The option of like / dislike should be added (just like facebook).
3- Users are allowed to start their own blogs.
4- Users are allowed to post their properties for sale or rent (through LRE) with separate tab of sale/rent on website.
This way this website can become a big name in Pakistan and also can start earning in future from advertisements once the users are increased ( I know intention is not to make money so in that case even without adds you can run above nice features )
Note: There is no such portal of real estate in pakistan that can match with this website if such innovative changes are brought into it.

Tried it all other than no 2. Dont work better than what we have now.

Shehzad bhai revenue generating from website was never over goal. Have rejected huge amounts offers for domain name mergers or advertisement or even free website major upgrades offers from the largest developers in Pakistan.
If we allow advertisements we cant say a word to any one. Have seen how much Raghra I have given DHA in last 2 3 days. Have you ever seen any single word against any developer in at any website or in print or electronic media. Not possible if take any advertisement. Main goal having this website online was to help overseas Pakistanis because I was an overseas Pakistani and got robbed by dishonest property dealer due to lack of accurate actual price. You can see me I stopped every thing but never stopped updating true going markets fair prices. Yeeh dealer to mujeh aap jesay payarey zalam dostoon ney force kar key bana dia hey. Mien to derta mara Eid pe bakra nahien leney jata tha key rate tey karan paraey ga. I was very very very shy person before going into real estate.



Friends here forced me to come to Pakistan from USA and help them in buying selling their properties in Lahore.

Bhai MA there is not a sell point that you can fit to all situations.

I will suggest you either set a price to buy or sell that you can wait no matter what happens. Set a budget that you are going to buy oe sell . When its there dont rethink.

Or you can set a timeline and stick to that. Dont panic or worry if it falls too fast during that time line and dont sell if it gains big as it may gain a lot more after that rise.

Let me explain for some people DHA phase 9 5 marla is a huge gain because they bought it just 2.5 years ago at 12 lacs. But for some it may be a huge bargain today for buying at 24.10 lacs when they look at current price of lot less attractive location in DHA 8 Z block 5 marla selling at many lacs more (Just because that have a map now and DHA 9 is still in waiting).


Prices never stay same if they fall too much they rise at one point. When they rise too much too fast they see profit taking and get corrected.

It is always better to hold in slowly rising prices. Its always better not to buy badly falling property in too short time.

Again there is not a magic point to tell you its time to sell. Fix a target this will be my buy or sell price. Stick to that price and act on that price and DONT HAVE 2ND THOUGHTS WHEN TARGET REACHED or you are guaranteed to loss
