LDA Avenue 1 - Sincere Advice
AOA,

My plot in LDA Avenue 1 is in litigation. I filled a case in High Court in 2006 which was decided in my favor 7 weeks ago. High Court judge ordered LDA Avenue to give us plot in 4 weeks. I have visted their offices so many times in last 7 weeks but nothing seems to be happening.

Can you please advise what shoudl I do now.

zahid sahib can you tell us about the detail of your case and the details of judgement of your case.because our plot in sector C is also under litigation with islamic research foundation housing society.

check status of your LDA avenue plot on below LDA website.... this website only works during Pakistan office hourse ...roughly 9 to 5

Hello boys,

I think Phase 6 has alot of potential in it specially Blocks Like N or L as prices in upper blocks are 2crore plus but we can find good plot in these blocks around 150 lac ...in future when there will be commercialization and areas will be filled all blocks would almost have same price.... what do you say boys please give your analysis or advice a better place for investment....

Your judgement is correct. Phase-6 L, M, N blocks have good potential.

Blocks M, N and L will be the priciest blocks given their proximity to golf course. The only reason they are underpriced right now is because they are not populated.

I am not sure about E because it has a village in between but F will definitely see a great rise too. It is centrally located and already a lot of construction activity in progress.

Also, phase 7 is highly underpriced right now. In my opinion, this phase will see a huge rise. Location difference between phase 6 and phase 7 plot would not be more than 5 million rupees. At the moment, it is in excess of 10 million for the most expensive plot of phase 6 and least expensive plot of phase 7. This gap will definitely narrow once possession given and construction begins.

As per my experience, for investment, upper portion of P block of phase 7 is the best at this time and you can find good location plot@120-125 and after two year it will be around 200. After few years no body will differentiate between phase 6 and 7 upper portion, rest Almighty Allah knows better.
