Are there any possession plots available in phase 8 block S and Y?

Come on Sir, Phase-8 possession has not announced as yet. I think its development would be completed in next 2-years.

Many houses are being constructed. I visited phase 7 around 10 days back and was surprised to see 2 new houses in T block which is like end of phase 7.

I don't have much info about other blocks of Phase-7 but 4-houses are under construction in R-Block. Its live able and located in between Phase-6 M & N Blocks. It looks like part of Phase-6.

In 9 million, DHA phase 7 is the BEST option if you want to construct right away.

P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W blocks have possession. X, Y, Z does not have possession as yet. They will get possession within 2015 hopefully

I would advise you DHA Air Avenue. Price is still good and ready to build house. After few months it's also going very high as many houses already there.

location is very nice. Opposit to airport but not in direction of runway. I know many businessmen from Karachi moving there. But my vote not with that phase. Ph7 is best

Air avenue is very good
location wise but development wise and for future gains too, phase 7 is a much better option. I would rather travel 10 extra minutes for proper DHA.

I have Intimation Letter of DHA Multan 1K file on my name. Should I apply for Allocation letter immediately or i can delay it till my next visit to Pak after 1 year?
What could be the impact of delay?

u are required to apply for allocation with in 45 days. u have to pay 49990 for a file. Its must that u pay the allocation fee and get ur allocation number within 45 days. ur file will remain in DHA office.r Rest u may come any time to Pakistan for bio-metric and get ur file.

Strange as it sounds, I fail to understand what type of 2 rupay k investors are we? a little jump in prices make Ph 9 the best and all of a sudden you guys start rhyming Ph 9 is the best, ballot tomorrow In Sha Allah and bla bla... the moment it slips a penny you guys start weeping like babies... what goes up comes down... typical Paki thinking... are you guyz telling the forum anything new??? that the folks aren't already aware off?? other than taking your frustration out??? 2 rupay k investors saray k saray...

similarly if it is an open forum, who gave anyone the right to mislead the forum members? or break someone heart by saying that since ph 9 is flop bcoz today's rate its price was 2000 less??? and start swearing on ph 9 or any other phase. No one has a right to misguide forum by take his frustration out and making everyone a victim of it.

Mr. Advisor, Learn the meaning of Advising b4 naming your self an advisor first. But similarly, its not your fault as well, coz your elders haven't taught you properly about who an advisor is and also they forgot to tell you, when you can't be an advisor... better not to advise you can never be an advisor.
