Dear Brothers,
I have a hard earned money of around 7.5 million. I am looking to buy house in any good society. What I have been noticing is the prices have gone incredibly high over the last 10-12 months. This fact has swapped away my dream of buying a 10 marla house, which now seems out of range. So, i need your guidance on:
1) Where can i buy a 05 marla (grade A construction) house in Lahore, preferably in southern Lahore area (Johar town and downwards)
2) How feasible it would be to buy a 10 marla plot and then construct a house in phases. I can afford to pay construction price over a poeriod of 06-07 months
3) What is your idea about constructing a house in Fazaia Colony and how good will be the future value. I am concerned about ring road passing through this society so need more information on this.
4) Any other clean society which i should also consider given the current budget.

Hoping to receive some good suggestions.

Johar Town is not good as of typical administration and bad security. Best is Park View Villas or Bahria Town Sectors D.

Prices of Houses are soaring for last 2 years though Plot prices Come to halt one year back but Houses prices are increasing.
Due to Time and Cost of Commuting my advice is to buy an old well build house in Joahar Town Allam Iqbal Town Faisal Town D Block or DHA phase 3, w Block. There aall areas have well preserved infrastucture and well populated with all the facilities school Colleges Universities and Jobs nearby.

You can get a ready to move house or you can purchase a plot of your choice and higher a builder for construction.

You can buy a 10 marla plat in Bahria orchard for 31-36 Lac and build a house around 40-50 lac. regards

Go for a 6.11 Marla house in Bahria Town Lahore.

Please Clarify NFC phase 2 is not on LDA Approved list of societies? NFC 1 is however on the approved list but not 2.

I have Intimation Letter of DHA Multan 1K file on my name. Should I apply for Allocation letter immediately or i can delay it till my next visit to Pak after 1 year?

Can you pls evaluate DHA Rahbar Phase 2 ext 5 Marla Corner Plot 374 Block P. Development Charges schedule is for 6 Lac over next 3 years. Can I sell and buyer pays the development charges? Why is it 6lac Development Charges? 5 marla should be less isn't it? Please advice the current selling price plsss

DHA Town is a small part of proper DHA Lahore Phase 9. Allotted mainly to low income lower rank army staff that never had plots allotted to them before. Mostly officers use to get plots and Askari houses at their retirement as benefit. These blocks A B C D are part Of much larger sized proper DHA Lahore Phase 9 . These currently under development block are also called DHA Town Lahore. All DHA Town plots were allotted to Shuhda jawans of our great Pakistani army. Gen Kayani started to allot plots to fallen or critically injured handicapped soldiers.
