DHA 8 and 6 Price - DHA main office shifting

I don't see as such any noticeable price increase in DHA 6 and 8 even the DHA main office is shifting in DHA 6.
It was a big noise and every one was suggesting to buy in DHA 8 and 6 before DHA main office shifting.
And it was estimated that plots will get at least 10 lax gain after shift.. But so far i haven't seen any raise. :(

It is office shifting not the DHA-6 or DHA-8 getting shifted to new locations therefore makes no sense the increase in price in relevant phases.

it is just about the trend otherwise shifting office should increase only commercial and commercial rents only.

Check N block. It is low priced but I feel the
location is best as you can have direct and nearest approach to Barki road.
I blv in coming future , once the Barki road is developed, all the DHA 8 (S,U,T) and DHA 6 N, DHA 7 R etc block residents will use this road to access Mall raod.

Hi investors (or future investors),

Why are so many people so emotional about Phase 9?

I understand that DHA screwed with the investors by not balloting for almost a decade. I also understand that the price fluctuations within the phase are massive. It was 45 laks almost a decade ago and then went down to 12 laks and is again at 50+ laks today.

In reality, noone knows when the balloting is (even the wannabe pundits on this forum dont). Even though chances are high that its soon but I can assure you that there is noone who can say that with honest certainity. Dont believe when people say that "my sources in the army say it". Only a select few from the higher ranks make such important decisions. Not captains, majors or even colonels.

So my suggestion to the investors is. If you dont like uncertainity, dont invest in Phase 9. But stop badmouthing about it. Dont act like a merchant of doom & gloom. I personally love the location of the phase and I plan on increasing my inventory in the phase when I visit Pakistan next month.

Ahmad thank you for such a balanced view. I personally have investments in phase 9 but I can say this with most certainty that phase 9 needs atleast 15-20 years for being livable or for construction. I would say 2030 atleast!

Yes Year 2030 sounds practical to me and by that time market will see at least 2 times of "sleep mode" and those times will be the best to get in again.
Having said that, I think there is still little juice left to be made if you are a Cheetah unlike me who is a sleeper :)

I would prefer DHA 8 and 6. Its somehow more secure investment and much better approach.
Though the price is high but still Phase 8 has potential to grow.
I would say, DHA 8 is the best located Phase for
DHA Lahore.
