DHA 9
The new era is all about planning and taking action in time. If you plan in time it will cost you less.
For example if you book your aeroplane train or bus or ticket well before time you will cost you less otherwise tickets remain available but keep getting high in rates.
So is the case of DHA-9 right now.
Plot are still available DHA phase -3,4,5,6,7,8 but have reached on very high rates. DHA-9 will also be similarly high one day and it is all matter of time.
People having money can any time the like but those who have limited fuds should organize and plan themselves well enough. I know hundreds of people are living in developed and posh phases not having too much of money but they plan and acted in time and purchased there plot well in time and in very lower rate.
There are people who purchased DHA-9 at as low as 14:60 and there are some continuously writing and discouraging not to buy and price will reverse again.
Every day rates are telling its own that it is already gone of range from some hands and soon it will be way out from many more. You are in needing buy now. Rivers get dried but never flow the other way round so are the price of real estate. Thinking of saving few bucks can cost you a lot or you may totally miss it.
DHA-9 was 49lack on the 1st of January 2015 and it is 50.85 lack in just 25 days.
I do not own DHA-9 neither wanted to sale my
files even if it is 100lac today because I bought it for my sweet home. If Allah swt blesse me with more money I will construct both of them otherwise will sale one to construct 2nd. If price of phase 6,7 and 8 is close to the cost of construction of 1k plot I hope DHA-9 will also be one day.
I am very much satisfied that one day I will be having at least one 1k home in Defence Housing Authority purchased at as low price as 2x 14.65/file.
I cannot buy it any more right now but I feel happy to advise someone else like me take the advantage if he has funds and looking for home or investment.
