Mr. Hamza . Only Allah swt know price will go down or high but experience says it will not drop considerably low but the chance to go high are very much there. my sincere advise is buy it now, you may miss this opportunity and will never be in position to buy on such low price.

Do not think of 50 lacs, value one Kanal plot in DHA Lahore and 1K plot is even 400Lacs in DHA near by area so what wait.

I only invest in Phase 9 files. Its my retirement planning. I just need one "good plot" in the end that would make it for me. There are plots ranging from 2 crore to 5 crore in DHA. I expect at least two of my plots to get me in that range one day.

Dont listen to the merchants of doom Hamza. Invest now. Yes the price might go down 2-4 lacs this year but the potential of going up is much much MUCH more in the longer run. I see Phase 9 1 kanal to be around 100 lacs in 3 years and 250+ lacs in 10 years. Where else can you get these kid of returns? Imagine you have 3 plots where you have invested 150 lacs today and these will get you to 600-800 lacs in 10 years.

My daughter is suffering from pain in her knee. There is swelling and also liquid collection in the knee. It is hard to bend from knee joint. I am afraid of any knee injury which is not detectable by X-ray. Would appreciate if any brother suggests a good consultant in this regard.

if she is less then 12 years then there is a famous paediatric orthopedician in DHA k Block commercial market and if she is above 12 years then go for Dr. Zia Bajwa in Cavalry Hospital , Lahore....he is excellent and I myself have worked with him....May Allah give her good health...

Dr. Ahsan Shameem (Shaukat Khanum) get appointment in waiting and spend 5 to 6 hours there for your turn , otherwise 2 months waiting line , my mother couldn't walk upto washroom from last 10 years , but we changed both knees ( transplant ) Alhamdulliah now she can walk hours, the best Dr in pakistan

Dr Syed Bashart Ali, he is ver kind and honest man, didn't guide you wrong. As per my last meeting with him around 3 years back, he was in Rasheed hospital defence Lahore, don't know where he is now.

My dear if xray is not showing any injury and she does not has history of trauma,then swelling and stiffness is sign of ARTHRITIS(Infection of joint)so first should be seen by Physcian.if blood test and synovial fluid taken by tapping confirms infection then should be treated with antibiotis.But if there is history of trauma should be done MRI for joint to rule out ligament tear and if so then needs orthopedic surgeon

I have an appointment with my wife on I think 21st of this month, which I am not availing, as my plans to visit Pakistan changed and I am currently in Saudi Arabia. Dear All,
I appreciate very much for taking part in suggesting the right physician/consultant for my daughter. I have already done some blood tests and doctor at Bahria hospital has eliminated the possibility of any infection. The liquid was extracted from her knee and was tested but no sign of infection or shown any reason for swelling. Now I shall take your advice and would arrange for an appointment with any of the above consultants/doctors.

I am overseas Pakistani living in Europe.
I have a Plot in DHA Phase 7 and need money to be transferred from Pakistan.

Can my brother sell my plot of DHA if I send him Power of Attorney duly attested/completed by Pakistan Embassy?

If this is possible, what documents are needed in respect of myself and from my brother who resides in Pakistan?

Please advise if selling is possible without coming to Pakistan.
On the other hand, if this is not possible, would that be possible to sell the plot within a week time with a hope I will get right and good/current rate of the Plot?

I have one 1 Kanal Plot in DHA 7 and 1 Kanal File in DHA Phase 9 but I only want to sell one from these two.
Kindly advise should I sell Phase 7 plot or Phase 9 file as I want to keep one for my rainy days.

Also advise what cost involves for selling the plot or file?

You can sell even without visiting DHA office. Just go to DHA website (dhalahore.org), there is a procedure for buying/selling property in case if buyer/seller is out of Pakistan.

Dear Sir,
Being stayed in pakistan, transfer is possible via embassy but this process will take 3 to 5 months for completion plus whether can buyer wait for such period. If you need early payments then it will fulfill your cause. It is better to come for one week and sell your property for quick money.

It is better to sell dha phase 7 plot and keep dha phase 9 for future as it has potential to give maximum return.you need to pay outstanding dues against plot if any plus commission etc.
