The size of plots reduced to create new plots for giving to people having plots in litigation area. Balloting of these new created plots was expected on 15 January which is postponed now.

I work in middle east. I'm interested to invest in DHA Lahore in commercial plot with max funds Rs.15 to 17 million.
Can somebody sincerely advise which phase/ block I should invest for max 5 years to multiply.

DHA-9 residential plots are better then commercial as commercial are good when in thickly populated area. DHA-9 resdentail has much more potential to gain.

Thanks for your feedbacks. Pls further advise if one already have invested in couple of files in phase 9, would again phase 9 4m Commercial advisable? I mean putting all eggs in one basket makes sense?
Just as option what other phase would be feasible for 4m com within that budget?

dear AM there is no doubt in your argument that commercial yield maximum when area is thickly populated but once phase 9 gets populated say after 10 years same 4 marla will not be available less than 6 crore. comments welcomed

Can anyone tell that Phase 9 town files would get a plot on balloting or a new area would be developed for those files ? As i know Phase 9 Town is almost developed and would be given possession soon. So whether the files be allocated in the same area or new area would be developed for them ???
