I work in middle east. I'm interested to invest in DHA Lahore in commercial plot with max funds Rs.15 to 17 million.
Can somebody sincerely advise which phase/ block I should invest for max 5 years to multiply.
Please give your expert advise.

DHA-9 residential plots are better then commercial as commercial are good when in thickly populated area. DHA-9 resdentail has much more potential to gain.

dear AM there is no doubt in your argument that commercial yield maximum when area is thickly populated but once phase 9 gets populated say after 10 years same 4 marla will not be available less than 6 crore. comments welcomed

Can anyone tell that Phase 9 town files would get a plot on balloting or a new area would be developed for those files ? As i know Phase 9 Town is almost developed and would be given possession soon. So whether the files be allocated in the same area or new area would be developed for them ???
