• What are the land buying rates of DHA?

DHA Lahore Multan Chapter does not buy land on cash. Land is acquired from any land owner/Investor against exemption rate i.e issuance of 1 Kanal (i.e 500 Sq Yards) Residential plot file(s) against 1 acre of raw land.

• What is the total file value of 5,10 and 20 Marla plots including any hidden charges if any?

At present only 1 kanal(500 sq yds) plot files are available in market and there are NO Hidden charges.Five And Ten marla files will launch in 2016

• What all Mouza falls in DHA Lahore Multan Chapter notified area?

Mouza Rai Pur, Sangi and Garh-e-Wahan falls completely within notified area. However, Mouza Gith Brabar, Basti Ratta, Panjkuha, Kotla Sadat, Madina & Noudhand falls partially within notified area.

• What are the development charges?

Development charges will be worked out by in consultant / DHA Engineer Branch at later stages. Tentatively it will be around 1.75 Millions in easy / equal quarterly installments.

• When the Balloting will be done?

Balloting of DHA Multan expected next year before June 2015.DHA Multan will invite application for allotment of plots in tentatively first half of 2015.

You Should Buy
DHA Multan As Compare To DHA Gujranwala Because Direct Approach From Main Bosan Road Adjacent Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan.Balloting of DHA Multan expected next year before June 2015.DHA Multan will invite application for allotment of plots in tentatively first half of 2015.

DHA Multan is better for Kanal investment and DHA Gujranwala is best for 10 Marla.

Split your cash and invest in both as God Knows when DHA Phase 9 will be ballot out.

Fawad from Team LRE thank u for ur very informative write up on multan,I have few more things to add:
Balloting of Phase 1 definitely in first half 2015.
Land:DHA acquires land from land owners and investors just like DHA Lahore,the only diff is that DHA multan takes only 4-6 weeks to finalize the complete process and issues u the Affidavits very quickly.No security files are kept.No 2 number stuff,all very very transparent and clean dealing.
The area selected by DHA Multan is simply TOP LOCATION.
The Brig heading the team is very well reputed,Brig Hammad Aziz Khan is famous for his honesty within army circles.
Corps Comd Mulatn,Lt Gen Abid,too is very pushing and supportive,being Patron his input also matters.
And by the way,in 3 million u dont buy a Kanal even in a small town what to talk of DHA,
So anyone who can buy,go ahead,u will not repent.
Honest mashwara is a sadqa jaaria.
Please make ur own decisions,I am already invested for 3 files.

Dear Brothers.

I want an advise on construction location, since i am living in Saudi Arabia from last 10 years and not aware of the development status of properties in lahore,
i want to construct the house in lahore, i have two choices either to construct in DHA Phase 7 S Block or DHA Rahbar Phase 1.

Some people told me that DHA Rahbar is a good choice as it is compact and secure sector gated community like DHA EME and phase 7 is very big no gated community so it suits the people
who can afford their own security.

Kindly Lahories............ please please please advise with your experiance and valuable suggestions.

From security perspective, Bahria town is the best. DHA is not much secured as you also mentioned. In daily newspaper, you will find robbery cases in DHA sectors. You rightly mentioned thar DHA rahber is smaller and gated scheme but it is congested i.e. small roads, not all facilities available currently (grocery / shopping related etc.) If you have to choose between the only two options you mentioned, then go for phase 7, because at least it has much better
location, not congested and have chances of further price increase.

so go for there or if you can afford go to sukhchen housing that is very good also.

Hi Rehan,

As per my opinion, There is no comparison of DHA Rahbar with DAH 7, DHA 7 will be very good choice & all roads are 50 feet wide.

DHA Rahbar is a much better choice. Remember DHA Rahbar price will be equal or more than DHA EME one day. Rest decision is yours.
