@ahmed sb - If phase 6 is expected to cross phase 5 in three years (I am not the only one saying this - ask anyone including LRE), an average plot of phase 6 would be around 230/240 which is currently around 180 to 200. Common sense says that if on the left side of the golf course (phase 6), a plot is around 180, on the left side (phase 7), the prices will soon catch up once construction begins, phase 6 fills up and DHA office moves to phase 6. If in three to five years, phase 6 1 kanal plot is around 240, then for sure phase 7 good plot will be close to 180 with plots next to golf course in W block around 200.
@Kamran - There are litigations all over DHA (Air Avenue, Park View, Phase 3 and 4, phase 6 and LOTS in phase 9 which is why no balloting). |
