You may expect possession of phase 7 remaining blocks in 2016. DHA Phase 5 m block development work will be completed next year and DHA can deliver possession in 2015

Please be patient and do not get trapped. Big fishes are working hard to drop DHA-9 files so to pick and sale on higher rates later on as balloting is not for off.

Have you noticed that Phase 9 Ext. is still 40.50, and phase 9 is declined sharply. Game changer are playing their game. Its not because of the supply demand factor. No need to sell file in my opinion.
