As you see this file was @ 15 lac 3 years ago and now it is more than 3 times in price.
Correction is a natural phenomenon and although it will not go down that far but it is still destined to be somewhere more or less 35--40 lacs in about a year's time. It will stay there for a 2--3 years before touching new highs in about 5 years time.
This is just what I believe having invested in property for the last 25 years and after getting a lot of gains and losses.

Prices. suddenly jumped up upto 5 lacs in CC and JJ blocks just within two days.Is it true that SL admin is offering 10 marla developed plot of worth 60-70 lacs in SL 1 against one kanal plots of blocks CC & JJ ?

investment option

Dear Sir,
I have 10 marla plot in DHA phase 7 T block. Do you think it is good option to keep it or buy something else for a period of 2-3 years?
If you think there is some other option available, please let me know.

Do not panic! A good plot 10 marla plot in phase 6 is around 10-12 million. Wait for 3-5 years and phase 7 will get very close once phase 6 gets packed up. Phase 7 has huge long term potential.

prices are constant for last several years. I have seen people who made a lot during this time in phase 8. Not sure how long I can hold.

Also, one more thing, if someone has budget around 5-6 million, what is good option for him for next 2-3 years? He might be able to make this transaction around end of January.

TO be honest, the only phase where people have made a lot of money in the past 2-3 years is phase 8 (proper) because of its
location. Phase 6 has only seen a gradual increase over the years because of construction activity. Look at phase 9 - it was 48 lacs even 10 years ago and it not even that today! You have a solid plot which is almost fully developed.. Once phase 6 starts crowding up, naturally people will construct in phase 7.

Thanks once again. I am not in rush. So, can definitely think of holding it. The plot is with me since I remember 2005-6 when it was park view.
I really have the budget I mentioned but you didn't mention what option you think is suitable. Or may be you are suggesting another plot in phase 7?
