Dear LRE, For a 5-7 year investment and making a house on it, is phase 7 a good investment in the budget of 10 million? Also, what is your opinion about 2 kanal plots in phase 7 to make a house in 7-8 years?

Hi Wasim, I am also in same situation.
And as far as I know, Seller has to go to Pakistan otherwise there is a long procedure of involving Pak High commission in resident country etc etc.
Please note that before you sell you have to apply NDC (No demand certificate) to DHA. The application is free of cost and DHA will give a date (normally 1 week) to pay the dues (if any) related to file. This NDC is valid for 1 month only.
Please make sure that NDC is applied already before you go to Pakistan...

Any one of your friends and family can apply NDC on your behalf. howver file copy and ID card and Passport copy of the owner is mandatory with NDC application.
