Budget is around 20 to 25 lac

My working location is garden town/Barkat market lahore.

Distance is 15-20 km from Rahbar phase 2 and 25-30 km from Bahria Orchard.

I want to invest Rs. 25-35 lac in a 5 marla plot in DHA. And then sell it in 3-4 years to pay for construction elsewhere. How would you compare Phase 7, Phase 8, Phase 9 town and DHA Rahbar? Which has better prospects in next 3 years?

In your budget phase 9 is the best option and it will increase best in 3 to 4 years as the rest all of the phases u mentioned has already touched its max and out of your budget.

Nothing available in this range in phase 7. Phase 8 and 9 are options. For three years, I would go for phase 8 or phase 9 town.
