for fully furnished house of A grade quality e.g. branded furniture, lights etc. the fair rent should be 80,000 more than unfurnished rent.

I visited Pakistan on Eid and had a chance to visit Phase 8. I was appauled by pace of development work. I honestly dont think Phase 8 will be ready for possession before 2018.
